The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff. You walk out the door and into the middle of all the action. For the price, I was very pleased. The room was very large, there were no bugs, and I didn't feel like I was keeping other guests awake if I stayed up late. I also really liked the elevator and rarely had to wait long for it to arrive. My room had a huge window without darkening curtains, and it overlooked a busy vender corredor, so I was up with the sun and sounds every morning. You have to request room service, which felt strange. You have to pay cash to get the better nightly price and avoid charges. There's also an extra charge for any guests you might have.

Good location right in city center. Front desk stuff was very friendly .There is coffee provided 27/7 . Breakfast was delicious .Luzdari was breakfast cooking and serving woman ,very friendly and nice Would advise providing more soap .Had a tiny one per guest for a 3 night stay .Had ro buy more .Also would be nice if shampoo was provided too,

I enjoyed the facilities. And the owners. Very great customer service and humbled individuals. I would recommend this property to any couple for retreat. I did not like thst fact the i could only stay 2 days. I will definitely be back to this property.

Location and big room There was not enough toalla

Receptionist was a kind lady. Sheets had other people hair on it, they weren’t clean. We got a different room than the one requested. The room had only sheets and no blanket. Power went off middle of the night and never came back, the hotel was dark so we couldn’t see even in the morning and our phones didn’t charge. The elevator doesn’t work and the rooms are located on 4th and 5th floor. So we had to drag our 26 kilo luggage up 5 floors.

super friendly staff - starting with receptionists, continuing with cleaning ladies and ladies from the kitchen. super helpful and just overall nice. spacious rooms. warm water in the shower . rooms, linens and towels were not that clean. location can seem shady in the night. elevator is not working at the moment (March 30). there is no shelf in the bathroom or shower - no place to put your shampoo or products, no place to hang towels.
