The hotel is very simple and breakfast was okay My frustration with the hotel has to do with payment. When I arrived, they told me I would have to pay a higher amount than expected. They told me that certain fees related to booking.com weren't being included in the receipt sent by booking.com. I complained to 2 different managers - they told me that the issue had been ongoing for a month and that they were working to fix it.

Small breakfast area was crowded, towels were packed in closet so we didn't find them, most places leave them out on bed or visible in bathroom.

Pereira isn't a city for tourists to explore. We stayed there for one night before catching flights. It meets my expectations. Hotel and food all have very good price. Staff is welcoming.

Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast basic but fine, warm shower. In the evening the area is deserted, but no issues. Very good for the price paid
