Zentrico Hotel

Very good

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The accomodation is very safe with a 24/7 reception. The room was clean with plenty of storage, the bathroom was super clean and had hot water, the bed was comfy, AC was great & there was Netflix. Plus: the accommodation is super close to both the Bus Terminal and the city center. For us as a stopover to Medellín, it was perfect! ? A little lamp besides the bed could be a nice addition. Other than that: great accomodation!

Zentrico Boutique is a great place to stay in Pereira. My room was quite small but comfortable. I would like to highlight the breakfast and also the hospitality of the staff. Everything's fine.

The location was quite good. Clean room. It was a really strange place. It said it would have breakfast, restaurant and room service and there was none of it. No one told me how and when to get a breakfast so I never got it. The door to the room was a sliding door with a very weak lock, I asked to have a new room but my wish was not accommodated. No one spoke English. It was extremely noisy (I think I had the worst room, window facing to the street). But actually it was not even a window but a thing kind of shades in front. I could not see out properly but definitely heard all the noisy people outside. It was cheap but somehow just very strange, almost haunted, and not what was promised in description. Also no one cleaned the room once during my 4 day stay. Next time Ill pay more to feel safer and sleep better.

It was generally clean and well sorted. Staff were friendly too. Huge TV was a decent touch and bathroom sorted. The room we had was windowless which is such a no no, especially when you are not forewarned. This should be advertised. There were 10 x breakfast options which was overkill and the variation was little so it was utterly pointless. The eggs were scrambled within an inch of their life. The orange juice was not fresh and cheapest on offer but the small terrace for eating was a nice touch. The road the hotel is located looks so dodgy and rough and not a great welcome.

Very good location, nice room with AC and a very friendly reception. It was more than I expected, and for breakfast they give you 5 options (all very traditional breakfast, but it’s nice to have the choices!). Tatiana at the reception was really sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend. It is located in prolonging of the street with the umbrellas (in case the taxi can’t find it).

Breakfast was great. The place is cute and clean. Staff was VERY kind! We couldn't park at the front door because it wasn't safe. We had to take it to a parking lot about 3 blocks away. Not so bad but...

it was too expensive for the experience they offer. the noise outside is high and it disturbs to sleep. too small the room for that price the shampoo, the soap, the conditioner could be better for that price

Everything. The room had a bad smell of mod, no windows, it felt like I got into a cave. you can hear everything from all sides.
