ZiOne Luxury Hotel Pereira

El restaurante es muy lindo. El personal muy amable. La ubicación perfecta, cerca a restaurantes, el centro y centros comerciales. Lo único es que las habitaciones interiores no tienen luz natural. Inicialmente nos tocó una interior en el piso 2, pero pedimos cambio y nos ayudaron al instante (nos avisaron que deprnto se escuchaba ruido por las discotecas de afuera pero el ruido no se escucha tanto, nos dejo dormir tranquilas) La falta de luz en algunas haitaciones

Staff are really friendly and happy to accommodate. I found the breakfast to be really filling; it's basic but it's good. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was super clean. The shower had decent pressure with hot water. The location was central. The Standard King Room on the back of the 2nd floor had a sliding glass door that allowed some natural light in, plus had some plants, which was a nice alternative to the noisy street. Using the term "luxury" is pretty laughable. Walking into the hotel you're greeted by the restaurant's giant cartoon statue of a chicken... a very weird first impression! The staff raved about the view in my room, saying it was the best in the hotel, but it was a 3rd floor room hovering over the street. It was so incredibly loud. They were gracious enough to switch me to a corner room at the back of the 2nd floor which had no street noise, but I could hear everything happening in the hallways clearly. Unfortunately the internet didn't work consistently in that room, so I had to go to the lobby a few times.

There is a false amenity offered in booking. It says the hotel includes a wellness space but it does not say you have to pay an extraordinary price to use it. This is unbelievable! It is the first time I get told that I have to pay to use the sauna in a hotel I’m staying. Poor service.

Clean. King bed. Comfortable bed. Room was too small. No windows. Closet was cramped, too small. Scented shower gel is unfavorable.

my room on the bottom floor was nice but a bit too noisy due to a bit of ground floor construction and people traffic. however, once I moved to floor 3, it was completely quiet

Vicinity to downtown Was under remodeling couldn’t use sauna room

The staff is so friendly, professional and welcoming. They go out of their way to help because of the language barrier; I speak no Spanish. The location is excellent and near to restaurants, shopping malls etc and very safe. Breakfast is simple but filling: omelet, soup, fresh fruit, cheese, ham and toast. Not that it made a difference to me but hotel lobby is currently under renovation. I’d still make a reservation here, it’s that wonderful a stay.
