Emerald was such a sweetheart and so amazing with assisting us on booking our daily activities and transportation! John and Maria both are so fantastic. They both were always there being very attentive to every need that you wanted whether it was laying on the most comfortable sunbeds on the beach, sitting poolside, or just at your room. Alex is a mix master and so friendly. I highly recommend the bartender special!! Overall this was our best vacation we've taken and definitely will be back again. Thank you for having us feel like family and actually be able to relax. Loved everything!!

It was a great location along the beach. Lots of restaurants and little shops to walk around. The rooms were nice and well appointed. I had a wonderful massage at their spa. The breakfasts were ok. There wasn’t much seating at the pool, but between the beach area and the pool there was always something available. The staff were very helpful.

I booked this hotel for my parents to stay, they had an amazing time and will definitely stay again. They said the staff were exceptional.

I can't truly describe how perfect our stay was. From the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The beach lounges are luxurious. Breakfast is amazing everyday with a wide variety and served until 10:30. Our hosts Emerald, John, Maria, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the trip of a lifetime. I would have like liked another drawer for my clothes

Both the swimming pools were wonderful as well as the Private beach area. All the beach chairs were amazingly comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the strip with great restaurants in both directions. I would’ve liked one more drawer for clothes in the room

If you are going to Perissa, there is no better place to stay. If you are not planning to go to Perissa, then change your plans and stay at the Anastasia Princess! The rooms are spacious and have everything we needed. The hotel is right on the black sand beach with luxury lounge chairs and full service food and beverages on the beach. The breakfast is amazing! The best part, though, is the staff. Each and every one is extraordinarily gracious and hospitable. We had a minor medical issue and they connected us to a doctor and then the owner drove me to the pharmacy. They booked excursions. They checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Neat and clean. Well located, very friendly and attentive staff. The WiFi isn’t stable, the safe is located in an inconvenient place.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. It would be great if the attached pool had been warmed a little for the October weather. Breakfast was lovely with many options for baked goods, eggs, meets cheese, and juices. It was fairly close to the bus stop I was surprised that the room didn't have any windows to look out. The windows that were available to open only opened a small few inches. I also would have liked for the pool to be a bit heated due to the October chilly weather.

Everything about Anastasia Princess Luxury Beach Residence was perfect. From the beginning of our booking, they demonstrated excellent and clear communication, they helped us arrive at the resort safely by calling us a taxi. Upon our arrival, at after 10pm at night, the greeted us as the desk and gave us recommendations tailored to us (our honeymoon) with their recommendations for locations and things to do on and off the island. Their sailboat of the island recommendation was very romantic and they did get us a great price for the private tour (this is probably season dependant as we went in shoulder season and they probably weren’t as busy). Once we were settled, the place perfect. It was clean, quiet, and as described. All the staff and the guests were friendly and welcoming. We used the facilities both gym and spa both were very good. Gym has a manageable amount of machines to maintain your workout routine while on vacation. The spa service was reasonably priced and an excellent service (we did the couples massage). The beach was amazing. Through and through the resort was flawless and I’d recommend everyone book here.

The only point to improve is dividing the spa from the gym

The property was right on the beach and there was a walkway into an amazing boardwalk that featured restaurants bars, and a nice convenience store right on the beach There were not any negatives no downside.

Also I’d like to mention their private beach - it’s very nice and clean, the sun lounges are very comfortable

It was a perfect location. The staff was great especially Emerald at the front. We enjoyed the lounge chairs at the beach and the wait staff was amazing!

The welcoming attitude of the staff further enhanced the overall experience, making it a memorable stay.

Breakfast eggs were a little cold.. and not much of a variety but still good. It was included in stay.
