Cleanliness of the bathroom behind the faucet and showers by the pools with mold, sewage smell due to the bathroom drains configuration must be improved. The included breakfast variety should be improved, although the food served was having good taste.

Overall, we had a good experience, although it wasn't exceptional. One disappointing aspect was that the hotel no longer looks like the photos. I also wish hotels would stop using pictures that make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. The room was quite small, and there was very limited storage space for clothes. There was only one small wardrobe, which was already partially occupied by extra blankets and the safe, so we had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases. Given the limited space in the room, this was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was average—nothing particularly memorable, but acceptable.

Pillow choice would take it to next level.

The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Excellent staff and property.

We loved the location of this hotel. It’s right by the beach and surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants! We also enjoyed swimming in the two nice sized pools. The rooms/bathrooms are clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is very delicious with lots of options. We also found the staff to be very accommodating. They helped us set up transport to the airport and gave us extra pillows! Unfortunately the WiFi was very weak. We had a party of 5 but the WiFi was limited to 2 people so we had to take turns and it was pretty frustrating. This also meant that the WiFi TV didn’t work well either. We also found the beds to be very uncomfortable.

Everything was amazing. The pool was quite and clean. Sunbeads at the hotel and at the beach were always available. The beach is at the front of the hotel. The restaurants are near by. Bus station is 2 min. from the hotel. Unfortunately, I can not say. Verythink was perfect.

This hotel is located right across the street from the beautiful black sand beach in Santorini. If you prefer the hotel has two refreshing pools. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The included breakfast is delicious and features many choices. The front desk will help arrange a taxi from the hotel to airport or ferry.

The meals that we purchased with the room were fabulous and the staff at the hotel and the restaurant were both amazing! The mattress was hard to sleep on and I had to make modifications (add additional cushioning)to get comfortable... But I have been known to be a little bit picky like the "princess in the pea".

Breakfast - 9 Beach - 9 Location - 9 Cleanliness

Beautiful hotel. Great pools. The beach is right across the street. The staff are super helpful and nice. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A minimarket on-premises. Parking nearby, though it would help if they left the rear gate that leads directly to it open. Anyone can walk into the hotel freely through other entrances anyway, so not seeing the security concern. The WiFi was spotty and unreliable. The breakfast staff wasn't very courteous. They also struggled to get enough food out when it was getting busy. When I asked for olive oil to add to my vegetables, they asked for 2 euros extra. Never had this happen before and for sure wasn't expecting it in Greece. Room cleaning service wasn't the best.

Although the hotel is considered 4 star - it would be a UK 3 star. Our triple room was definitely not a superior triple (which I had upgraded to). There was no cupboard space at all for 3 peoples clothes, so very disappointing. There was no kettle or coffee maker and the bathroom was quite dated and is in need of a refurbishment. However, that being said, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and charming. We enjoyed our large balcony.

Location They ended up charging for amenities that had been promoted as “included” when I made reservation and when I paid and checked in. After 4 days of staying at hotel, I was notified I had to pay $15 euro a day for beach lounge chairs and umbrella. I went to speak to management and they said the owners decided to charge this fee “due to peak season”. This is why I thought the room charges were higher , was because its peak season.

Friendly staff but working under unethical management. The rate we were quoted and paid included Beach access. This is our third time at this property and it always included Beach access. This time - on the fourth day - suddenly a new charge was added for the beach. Employees acknowledged this was a new charge and many clients were unhappy. However, even though management admitted that the charges were new and unexpected, no accommodation was made for previous clients who booked under the original rules.

The location is great, beach right in front. Hotel has its own beach chairs and they are free for guests. Pool is nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Lots of restaurants and shops. Free parking. The bed is on the firm side. On windy days, it would be nice if someone could oversee the hotel beach area. Fallen chair cushions and trash tend to make it look unkempt.

Location was perfect and hotel was very nice. Bed was not super comfy and some rust in shower.
