Very friendly host, delicious cuisine, cute authentic furnishing, all needed equipment, great balconies, views, impeccable bed clothing, and a very convenient location. the island is really windy

I stayed here for 4 days and I loved it. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The little kitchette was great. I got my shopping in the mini market, which was 2 mins away and ate breakfast and lunch every day on my bacony enjoying the beautiful view of the mountain. I had my dinner at the hotel twice, and the food was delicious. The family who run the hotel are so friendly and helpful. I hiked to the little white church, ancient thera ruins, and the monastry. The start of the hike track is 5 mins walk. It was the perfect base to explore the island. The beach and town centre were a 5 minutes walk. I swam and hiked every day. Room is cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels. The bus service is great too, I got the bus to Fira and Oia. Perissa has a laid-back, beachy feel. Fira and Oia are beautiful villages but were way too crowded. Every day I couldn't wait to get back to Perissa. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe and very confident in getting around the island. Perissa has something for everyone, a perfect balance of an active and relaxing holiday. I loved it here, and I will be back. Next time I will stay longer.

I did not like my stay in this place the only best thing was the location. The room we got was not fit for 2 people we got no shampoo shower gel no breakfast included whereas 10m away another hotel does include breakfast. The room gets very hot and you can not leave the AC on. The owner kept asking for us for 2 euros and said this was a tax which I no idea this was to be paid as all the costs including taxes should of been included. The hallway was old fashioned I would not stay in this place again go to M.J hotels just up the road from this you will have a better experience. BTW the Internet was terrible Everything

The family who own the hotel/restaurant were so helpful and accommodating, allowing early check in and luggage storage post check out. the room was very clean and tidy. the bed was slightly uncomfortable

The location is in Perissa, the last stop of the bus and the bus station is indeed 5 min away. The accommodation was really clean, the services great and the staff really supportive and friendly.

The owners were very friendly The Studio’s where very clean and not even a spec of dust on the balcony Our studio had bed linen and towels changed daily Our only problem was the bathroom There isn’t a proper shower just a shower tray and curtain and a hand held shower which we found very difficult to wash the sand from our bodies and I found it difficult to wash my hair too The floor was saturated but there was a floor drain

We enjoyed our stay. Stuff was Very friedly and We were thrilled about Daily cleaning! Few minor things could be manager differerently. For example we chose this apartmenr because od The kitchenette, but in The end we were not able to use it much not even for simple things because of missing basic kitchen equipment

We did not know we were in such a good area when we booked the hotel. With a 5min walk you can see the sun rise from Perissa’s beach (the black beach), climb the mountain behind to explore the church in the cave and continue hiking to Ancient Thera, an archeological site really worth seeing! Especially if you do all of these activities one after the other one. There are many places to rent motorbikes and quads. TIP: Do it there, because if not you’ll pay more and maybe have to pay for them to bring it to the hotel... and there it’s cheaper and faster as you have 3 companies very close to the hotel! The rooms are comfortable. Ours had a nice terrace with views to the sea. The family running it is very welcoming and nice. We arrived there very early and they let us do the check in before, something we really appreciate! The food in their restaurant is good, especially the greek salad!

Localization is perfect!!! So close to the sea and to the mountain, so many restaurant along the sea, bus stop 3 minutes from this hotel, we are very happy, that we could spend whole week at Ancient Thera Studio :) And the owner is very nice and helpful! Nothing - everything was very goooood :)

The location is really strategic. It was 4 minutes to bus station and 5 minutes to the beach. The family who runs the accommodation is so helpful and so sweet. The room is really comfortable. You have everything in the room, even an electric stove so you can cook anytime in your room.
