Smaragdi Hotel

I could not fault the hotel at all, it was immaculate. The staff were super helpful and we were able to pay a little bit extra to keep our room on as we had a late flight. My only comment would be that we stayed in an economy room which was very clean and well maintained, it had a fridge, nice size bathroom, but we had no window in the bedroom and it was quite small, but to be fair for what we paid it was very good value so I can't really complain, but I think if we went again I would go for a standard room maybe.

Everything was clean, location is near beach, the staff was very friendly and kindly.

I liked everything about the hotel, it is like a home away home with new neighbors, with friendly reception. I was offered an upgrade free of charge which was very nice of them The location could be a bit closer to the city center... but this is close to the one of the beautiful beach area..

the Pool was very nice and well maintained. Large with pleny of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. Beach was near by as well as many restaurant options which was a big plus so you did not have to drive to get lunch or dinner. Hotel did not offer ? coffee or a light breakfast, not a big deal as we drove to a some bakeries,near by. but it would of been nice to get a cup before getting in the car.

Decor, cleanliness, friendly service, close proximity to beach

The hotel was very nice and conveniently close to the sea, which was a big plus for us. One of the things we appreciated most was that even after checkout, they still allowed us to use the beach and provided towels and access to showers. The staff were kind and friendly, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after the beach. The location is ideal, just steps from the black sand beach and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Honestly, nothing – everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel and room are very cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom equipped. Balcony with a private jacuzzi, very clean and relaxing! The location is amazing. It is even closed to the beach, as shown on the map. There are a lot of restaurant options next to the hotel and mini markets. Very safe area. The staff is amazingly friendly! They support you to arrange transportation and boating tour for a very good price.

The rooms were good! The nightbar by the pool- apalling!!! The area around the pool not very inviting. The drinks at the pool- better not bother!

Staff so polite and friendly, all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and very well kept. Outside jacuzzi is a bath with a bubble jet but was still lovely.

Comfortable, laid back, close to the beach and restaurants. We had a lovely stay. We arrived early and they let us use the pool and store our luggage while they prepared our room. Nothing

Everything. The hotel is gorgeous. Fabulous room. All the staff were amazing. Bar staff couldn’t be more helpful. Reception were delightful and answered all our enquiries. House keeping were extremely helpful and friendly. It was perfect. Nothing to dislike
