The breakfast was beautiful fresh and high quality food. Fresh baked pastries and bread and fresh ingredients. Delicious! Absolutely nothing comes to mind!

Amazing place and amazing people working there. They accommodated us really well, including baby. Breakfast was served every morning at our room. They were constantly exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this place entirely.

Big room. Exceptional view, better place than in Oia. Beach at your feet. Clean, staff was helpfull all the time and also proposed good ideas.

We loved the beautiful grounds and the rooms were well equipped with what we needed. We love the close beach access and the delicious breakfast every morning. Sissy was so friendly and welcoming our entire stay. She gave us wonderful dining recommendations and aided us in transportation as needed. We had a wonderful time in Santorini and made wonderful memories with the staff that we will cherish. We loved everything about the property.

Facilities were very good and room was very clean and spacious. Sissy, the manager was very helpful and guided us towards the best local restaurants and tourist spots.

the hotel resort is very prestigious, with beautifully landscaped surroundings. Modern Greek architecture gives the apartment with an outdoor pool a dreamy feeling of Greek warmth and homeliness at a high level. breakfasts are rich and very tasty and aesthetic. the cleanliness of the department is at a high level. the manager of the resort is a very kind and trustworthy Mrs. Sissy. I stayed in this resort for the second time and I will definitely come back many more times. The hotel is definitely the right choice for a dreamy, romantic vacation with a beautiful beach 1 minute away. To go home?

Great location. We were here in June, and it was so nicely quiet and private, feet away from beach and many restaurants. Hostess Sissy was superbly nice and accommodating.

The property is beautiful & well maintained. We loved our private pool, our room was spotless, and the location is perfect for relaxing by the beach & exploring great restaurants. Sissy was so accommodating, she really went above and beyond. Not only did she provide great recommendations for dining & places to explore, but also assisted in a few other requests we had. Breakfast was delicious & on time every morning. Oh what I would do to have that kind of treatment every day of my normal life at home! My only regret is not staying longer!

We liked all about the property. Great location with the beach right across the street. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The hotel manager, Sissy, was amazing. So helpful with booking transportation for us, booking a last minute restaurant in Oia and even going to the pharmacy for us one morning. Nicolas, the bartender was also wonderful. They both answered to our needs and offered us their Black Rose wine. Absolutely recommend this place! It was tough to get good wifi signal in the separate room, but honestly after enjoying the whole day, there’s ni need to even use wifi. :-)

Everything was just wonderful. The property, faculties, staffs. Special note about the manager Sissy who is just taking great care of the guests. All the requests are attend to fast and well and she takes extra care to make sure you are having a nice holiday! Nothing

We enjoyed every moment in the Black Rose Suites. The location is excellent; the atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast very good. You can alternate jumping into the sea or jumping into the swimming pool since there are both a few metres away. Lots of options for lunch/dinner in local restaurants and bars along the beach. Excellent for using it as a "base" for exploring the island. The fridge was a bit noisy, especially during the night it can be annoying.

Absolutely amazing stay! Incredible property only steps away from Perissa / Perivolos beach. CC and her team are top notch and cater to your every need - arranging transfers, car / scooter rentals and recommending the best spots to visit and restaurants. The villas are spacious and elegant with large private pools in additional to the huge main pool on the beach. The included breakfasts were some of the best we had in Greece with Manolis serving them with a big smile every morning. Nikos the bartender was lovely - serving up delicious and unique cocktails. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
