Everything was close, easy access to places, staff were attentive and eager to help. Window for breakfast is too short.

Breakfast was great, the suite was really clean, overall everything was really good. The only downside was the pool was freezing every day and the one in our suite was cold too making it unusable.

Nice, clean hotel. Had a room with jacuzzi wich was great especially during hot summer evenings. Room was good size with big, comfortable bed.Location few minutes walk from the beach, bus stop to Fira 1 min walk. Hotel well kept and clean, staff helpfull. Breakfest selection was good and everything was testy, however it is not a huge hotel so do not expect this kind of variety. Hotel is part of Meltemi Village and as a guest of Excelsior Suites you have access to separate private pool as well as main pool. Both always had some beds available so no need to „reserve” them. All in all this is very nice hotel with relaxing atmosphere. Jacuzzi, comfortable bed, common areas

Location, staff and the rooms! Booked room wirh jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didnt work for first 3 days despite two requests to have it fixed. But it was eventually fixed.

Great breakfast with lots of options. Andrei did everything to thank us. The room was brand new and spotless! The hotel is a breath away from the sea and that made our stay even easier! The front desk staff is always ready to serve. Manolis and Eleftheria are the personification of Greek hospitality! everything was wonderful
