The room was nice and spacious, they cleaned it everyday. The staff was also very helpful, especially Lampros who provided map of the island and suggested some places to visit. The breakfast was also versatile and the beach was only 3 minutes away on foot.

Our balcony could have been bigger!

The rooms had private balconies. Nothing.

We stayed here for five nights and had an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable and well-kept, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right next to the best swimming beach on the island and close to a bus stop that takes you to Fira. The receptionists were always very nice and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place out of the crowded and typical areas of Santorini.

Super helpful staff, great location, and awesome pool.

Has improved since last visit too small balcony

The pool was beatiful and spotless however the floor / tiled area was dirty, the gravel and dirt sticks to your feet a bit and the same cigarette ends were there all 5 days, although I must admit I saw the staff sweeping it whilst we were at breakfast.

Staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Advice on where to go.. book transfers, help with buses. Always smiley. Location great. Just a short 5min walk to the beach. Lots of nice bars and restaurants immediately nextdoor. Pool is stunning. Nothing!

The guy in the front desk was friendly The room was not clean. Found leftovers from past guests in the room, the bathroom and balcony was not clean. The air conditioner was not working when the balcony door was open (witch was hard to close) and the AC made us feel sick. The bed was rock hard and we had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was not good at all, and they monitored the coffee and juice by not letting you use the machine yourself. The pool was dirty and the location was not good unless you have a car or moped but even then its a 30 min drive to fira or oia. Uber or taxi was 40€ one way. Would not recommend.

Good locaction close to the sea. The womanin the reception was excellent. All the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful very smily and friendly people. The breakfast was decent with some alternatives. There was no option to confirm in advance for a double bed unless if you pay a fee so even though we stated our preference was for a double bed we got 2 single ones (first come first served policy). The jung man in the reception was not very accommodating especially when we asked for a room with double bed. The road to the private parking was very narrow.

Very good location. The staff are really smiley and nice Reception are five star definitely! The other guests were doing a lot of noise around 4am and no one did anything to stop it.

The staff were friendly and helpful at reception. I left my phone charger, adapter and PJ’s there by accident and I went back the next morning and they said they were not there which was hugely disappointing! The cleaner was clearly lying and saying she hadn’t found them. I wouldn’t stay there simply because your items won’t be safe when the cleaner cleans your room. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Very hard.

I usually don't use to write comments, but some things must be told so the future customers know it in advance and, not at least, the management will improve their services. First thing what i disliked was that at a pretended four stars hotel i needed to write myself the check-in document. The electricity in the room doesn't allow you to keep your mobile charging while you are out. And the absolute worst possible thing at a pretended four stars hotel is that there are always at least three persons of the staff that are permanently with the eyes on the guests while taking food from the breakfast buffet, one of them is responsible to press the button on the coffee machine, no guests are allowed to touch it. One morning i asked for hot water for a medicine and then I wanted to take even coffee and the person from the coffee machine (besides that nobody talks English) tried to explain and ask me with the hands why i need even coffee if i got hot water, or at least it felt like this, but, shortly, it's an unfriendly staff at the restaurant that should not be in a pretended four star hotel. Just don’t offer breakfast better, instead of being "police" watching every single guest how much food takes from the buffet.

The room was decent and clean. Downsize, bed was very small and mattress extremely hard which made it very difficult to sleep at night. Breakfast was decent.
