Hotel Amaryllis

I liked everything here: the helpful staff (we requested a change for the room due to the street noise after our first night, but still it was a nice and clean room, with a beautiful terrace, and they were glad to help, we received the most quitest room, also spacious, also with a cute terrace; also we requested information multiple times and they offered answers in such a polite and friendly manner), the breakfast, the cleanliness overall, the nice pool, the view to the mountain, the way it all looks with the beautiful trees, the location really close to the Black Sandy Beach, shops, restaurants, bars, all of them are just few minutes walking distance. -

Really uncomfortable beds, noisy AC. Shower was not so nice.

It was a very pleasant and homely experience. Great breakfast, 2 minute walk to the beach side and bus stops. Also very close to supermarkets and a nice bakery. The staff and owner were very welcoming, providing information about how to access everything. It was one of my best hotel stays.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very responsive and helpful. Location was good with public transportation to Fira available within 2 minute walk. Bus connections to other places were possible from Fira. Nearby beach was not very convenient. It was very difficult getting into the water because of large and slippery rocks that one had to walk through.

We had such a lovely stay here, the staff were all so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and the pool was refreshing! Thank you to Costas and everyone at Amaryllis for a wonderful weekend.

The stuff members were extremely helpful and very accommodating. They were very friendly service, and they were always available to meet our demands. The location was brilliant, and the bus stop just 2 minutes walk. Plus 5 walk to the sea. The restaurant linked to the hotel, serves fresh and very reasonable food ?. The service overall was great ? Breakfast was the sane every day. We stayed 7 nights, and they didn't bother changing breakfast. They really need to work on this more especially if they are expecting people to stay over 2 nights

The stuff members were very good and accommodating . The restaurant linked with the HOTEL was brilliant and the staff members were incredibly friendly ? and the Food was amazing and fresh The breakfast needs to be improved. We stayed for 7 nights as a group, and eating the same breakfast every day was very disappointing. The Matresses were old. They have to be replaced. Some rooms didn't have walldrobes. There was nowhere to pack our clothes

Kostas and his brother at the reception were really nice and welcoming. Everything was clean, confortable and breakfast was very good. One could walk to the beach and also take the bus from right outside to see other villages like Pyrgos, Fira or Oia, while avoiding their touristy cahos. Not related to Amaryllis, but right outside, there was a very welcoming and cozy restaurant, Hellas. Food was cheap, and the owner and the waitress were very nice and kind.

3 minutes to the wonderful beach area, convenient public transport. Brilliant cooking. Friendly people.

+ Staff were lovely and really helpful. + Room was a good size with a balcony. +Good soundproofing windows. - The shower leaked onto the floor.

We are Billy and Jessica from Costa Rica and our stay here was phenomenal. We loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santorini. The cleanliness, location, and especially the comfort of the facilities make us recommend it 100%. Bonus points: the hotel's kitties: WE LOVE THEM!

Very good

The manager of the hotel was very very good, helpful and hospitable, the best so far. Exceptional treatment. We had nil problems. The rooms balcony furnitures and bathrooms, linens were spotlessly clean and fresh. The restaurant and staffs served fresh and tasty food. The breakfast was good could have added fried sausages and bacon but just a recommendation. They provided us with a water boiler for tea in the room, iron, European plug overall we had a splendid stay. Sad to bid goodbye with the place and the staffs. We didn’t like that it was cold to swim in the evenings as we tour the whole 2 days but the pool was so cute and clean we took photos there every morning after breakfast and evenings after tours

Hotel was perfect only a short walk to the black beach and bars and restaurants,staff were so welcoming,kostas at the front desk was a gentleman and the rest of the staff made sure our holiday was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits santorini. Food in the hotel was delicious aswell ? Bed in our room wasn’t great but apart from that everything else was great
