Sellada Beach

Breakfast was ok, acceptable. The location was perfect. WiFi was good. Room could have been cleaner, bathroom door didn't lock, didn't like the room door only having 1 key. Room door was hard to unlock. TV was too small.

We were treated like family - our lodging was very clean and comfortable. There was a buffet included that was very tasty. The owner/host was so helpful and gracious. He helped book a cruise for us and we were not disappointed. This was also true for the staff where we had a wonderful lunch at the beach restaurant. The server was so sweet and wonderful to interact with and practice our Greek. Nothing! We can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience with nothing more to ask.

Good sized rooms! and loved that there was an extra day bed for friends traveling together. Lots of space to spread out. Breakfast was good, not amazing but good. Loved having a bar there on site. The staff was great! All in all good hotel. Great hotel?, no... but definitely a decent stay and I liked that the rooms were on the larger side with plenty of room to spread out and a nice little kitchenette area. Bathroom was outdated and strange tub area? Their "beach club" could use some updating. It felt a little run down after going to some of the others on Perissa. Take a walk down the beach to see some of the other beach clubs that are AMAZING! Like "41" all the way down at the other end and Wet Stories... and a few more with beautiful macrame umbrellas, great food and cocktails and chic and sexy ambiance. Sellada was not that! lol. Not a deal breaker, just make sure you walk down the beach a little to see some of the nicer beach clubs that are spectacular and will make your vacation feel special.

Views were incredible. Lots of comfy seating to enjoy ocean views.

Great location, very comfortable and clean

Everything from the sea view, lovely pool and comfortable sun loungers and most of all the private beach lounges right across the road Wifi in and out alot of times, and while the pool and sun loungers were fab there is no parasols at the pool which may be a problem in the really hot summer months but they do have them on the beach

The only negative thing would be our experience with the car rental guy - who was suggested by the hotel. Please make sure you take good pictures ( everyday ) of the car - because we had to pay extra 100€ because of some small scratches that were probably done by someone in the parking area while trying to park their vehicle.

Loved the location of this hotel just a few steps away from the beautiful black sandy beach of Perissa where sunbeds are free for residents and customers. All the staff here were friendly and welcoming and the whole place is kept spotlessly clean by the lovely Johanna and Maria. Panos and Maria served us in the bar everyday and were so polite. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of hot and cold items. Everything was lovely!

We really like the ambience during breakfast, seaside and music while enjoying your coffee. The room is big and comfortable.

Could not fault the facilities and staff at Sellada Beach. My husband was not well, the staff were so caring and helpful. The location was great. Directly across from the beach & beach lounges available for hotel guests. A very relaxing stay.

I had an amazing experience at the Sellada Beach Hotel. The location is perfect—just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. nope

This is a small beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. If I’m ever in Santorini this is where I’d return to stay. The tap water was really salty, this took some getting used to.

We had a very spacious maisonette overlooking the beach with glorious sunrises enjoyed from the balcony. The whole place was kept really clean all the time. Breakfasts were pleasant and could be enjoyed outside under cover in the cafe bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. -
