The only benefit was the location, near the Pero metro station. High price for poor and unhealthy conditions, a dirty bathroom with mold and torn towels.

Very affordable and convenient if you have a car, parking in the blue lines around the location only cost 2,50€ a day, and the metro station is a 2mn walk away. I came to visit a trade fair just 1 station away, but Milano center is only a 20mn or so ride. The area is very calm with little traffic. The landlord was kindly waiting for me on the street upon my arrival and explained me how to get around. It's a simple apartment with a central hallway with all rooms giving on that single area, and not being "hotel level" doors you can hear people come in and out very well. And overall things are pretty worn out, I'm not too fussy so was OK.

We liked the kind host and the room was clean. Breakfast was okay (a bit minimalist). The room has not been renovated in a while but this is okay given the price. But air conditioning, light fixtures and fridge need urgent repair.

We booked last minute and the owner was super responsive. He welcomed us almost at midnight and even offered us free water. The room has all the applience you might need. The price is a little bit high.
