The hostess Rosa was amazing friendly lady and supportive- we even were gifted with espreso in the morning as compliment. Place - cosy family house, with parking available for the ones who come with the car. Nearby there are coffe shops, restaurants, shopping mall. Very conveniemt to reach Milan center. Super thanks Rosa for Your hospitality??

Please keep away from this place!!! I’ve kept coming to Milan each year for over 15 years and staying in this place was just a nightmare!!! It was impossible to fall asleep at night due to loud noice from the heating / air conditioning, or any other thing coming into the room through walls as thin as paper! You could hear literally every step and each movement from outside of the room… BEWARE!! Unless you are a soundproof person, I suggest not to come even close to this place!

Rosa was absolutely wonderful and the gem of this place. She went above and beyond and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. When she realized during the first morning that 1 of us was vegetarian she had specially made vegetarian sandwiches for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast also was really great (wonderful assortment of croissants, fruit, sandwiches, yoghurt and all freshly prepared every morning) and eventhough Rosa didn't really speak English and we didn't speak Italian we felt very welcome. Also, the hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the fair so would definitely recommend to stay here!

Location was excellent for FieraMilano, a few minutes walk from the exhibition centre across a park, and 20 minutes from the M1 station that gets you to central Milan in 20 minutes. The petrol station just over the road has the basics if you forget anything like toothpaste, shaving foam etc, plus a coffee bar and sandwiches. Room was superb - very clean, spacious and comfortable. Exceeded my expectations and would certainly book again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the airport is excellent also. WiFi signal was weak, and only my laptop could connect (iPad couldn't get a usable signal) so a booster would be a good investment. Happily I have plenty of data on roaming anyway, so not a big problem. Otherwise my only request would be for a small kettle in the room so visitors can make a hot drink on an evening.
