Front desk staff also friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed here back in 2022 and definitely loved it. This time, I’m not sure I would come back. The carpet in my room (330) was stained horribly and there are several carpet stains in the hallways as well. My room shades were also damaged and missing the curtain. So as the sun went down I was able to see people directly in the parking lot. Also was able to see people in the hotel across the parking lot.

Overnight stay was very good, Hotel very clean, beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great

The staff was really nice and made my guest and I feel welcome. Was staying here because of a concert in Toledo. Our room was also very clean.

Staff are amazing and very professional and helpful. The only downside was the noise of fan and the function of HVAC.. It was freezing cold and I was not able to set the thermostat. I was planning to stay two more days but I did not stay due to the HVAC situation.

The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great, sitting near a shopping center complex with many restaurants in walking distance. I didn't notice any road noise while in my room. Breakfast was convenient and a good way to start the day.
