Breakfast could use some help, everything else was great

The place was nice.

The location was amazing. There was a large wet spot on the floor in our room when we arrived. And when we arrived there was an extra charge for parking but we were not informed of this when booking.

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and very convenient. The rust at the bottom of the pool. Very minor issue.

Everything was nice except vent was coming a loose in suite but other than that will stay again.

Hotel is in nice area and is clean and well maintained. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean, the pool was open and nice. The breakfast had a lot of fresh options and the foyer area has a lot of nice seating.

The staff was outstanding and very professional. Ashley and Napoleon were great help to me. I had just arrived from Florida was tired, and Napoleon helped me a great deal. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the area for things to do. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was outstanding. They were very professional and helpful. Nothing everything was top-notch.

The lobby is beautiful and has comfy seating and the rooms are a good size. Everything else kinda fell short. Our room had a chair with huge, gross stains all over it. My kids refused to swim because of the 2 big rust stains on the bottom of the pool; a main reason I picked this place was because the pool looked nice in pics. The shops in the area are only open until 7pm, even on the weekends. So after dinner we couldn’t even walk around and shop because they were all closed.

Nothing our stay was horrible and you guys did nothing about it Our room had 1 pillow we had to ask for more for our king bed the bathroom didnt have any soap towels or hand towels

Hotel did not meet expectations for a Hilton. Dirty with bugs. Staff was nice. Only stayed one night.

The location was very good and easy to get there from main road. We didn’t like the fact there was carpet In the rooms need to upgrade. Carpet holds bacteria and germs.

This was actually 1 of the best places we’ve stayed at overall!!! The rooms were spacious & loved the little kitchenette. Will most definitely go back & highly recommend this hotel to others!!!

It certainly satisfied our needs: convenient location, clean (although, we would appreciate the room being cleaned daily), staff was friendly, our room met our needs. Ice machine on our floor was OOC, and not fixed. Washing machine OOC three days before being repaired.

The property itself is nice and clean but the rooms were a little underwhelming. They were clean which is what I care about but there were chunks missing in the siding, shower door barely worked and the room just seemed best up which is how it was the first time I stayed there too. The Staff was excellent though and very accommodating. I would stay there again because of that.

Nice location for walking. Lovely, well managed hotel. Great breakfast choices.
