Everything… The staff were superb - friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive. The hotel feels spacious, airy and beautifully designed, while our Mediterranean-inspired room was stylish, comfortable and finished with high-quality amenities. We loved relaxing in the bar overlooking the street and pool - it genuinely felt like being in Europe. The Greek food was delicious and great value, the beer selection was solid, and the location was close to everything while remaining peaceful. Nothing!

We enjoyed the amenities and the room we booked along with the lobby dining area. Very good aesthetic and cultural style. The staff were very thorough and friendly to talk to. The view of our room had us facing a lot of air ventilation pipes as we were on the first floor. The gym facilities, I understand it's a small space. However, the equipment could have been a tad more, such as a multi cable-trainer in the mirror corner.

Nice breakfast but 2 pieces of sour dough better than one, T2 tea is disgusting and tasteless so I had to buy and bring my own tea bags, but the breakfast was still very nice. I ordered a bitters and tonic and a mineral water for my son from the bar, I got bitters and mineral water which was undrinkable so I re ordered them I got a bitters and soda and a seperate mineral water. I gave up, bitters and tonic is simply bitters and tonic water but they were incapable of making it, in the end I had to pay for a drink I didn’t want, that was disappointing See above

The facility and the staff were awesome, the breakfast menu could have had a little more variety. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Close to all we needed and wanted.

Excellent hotel interior design and rooms very well designed and attention to detail and spacious. Additional phone charger cords and Bose speakers in the room, great pillows and linen and spacious area to get changed and full length mirror. Bumble and bumble bathroom acessories - did not like the scent. Reccomend Heartwood as an alternative - Perth owned business and much better quality and aromas.
