Staff are very attentive, really friendly and helpful. I keep coming back because of them. Only at the front entrance, no lamp to wheel my luggage in. I am not sure if there is any other entrance. This time I just noticed there are some homeless around at the opposite side.

Location was good. The bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom not cleaned to a standard for guests (it smelt and I felt like I didn’t want to use the shower/toilet). It was extremely loud (people outside in corridor aswell as outside on the streets).

The location is near to the train station and shopping area There are stairs leading to the hotel lobby. Visitors with large luggage or multiple pieces of luggage will need to use the stairs to access the lobby

the tv remote was very diificult to use and no explanatory notes to show what the controls were There was also no infoirmation folder about the room or the hotel

My room was by the elevator so it was pretty noisy.Next door the person was in and out and kept on wakening me hourly by not closing their door quietly. Didn’t get much sleep to be honest. A lot of noise in the early hours outside.

The best thing about The Pensione Hotel in Perth’s CBD is its location. It is close to all levels of transportation, many good restaurants and has a very cosmopolitan feeling to it. Our room was very small, and while it did have an electric kettle, the addition of a microwave and toaster would have been appreciated.

The location was excellent, its a walking distance 8 mins walk to train station to airport, and basically surrounded by all kinds of foods and shopping street just 5 mins walk away. It will be a better experience if there is a fridge in the room as the chocolate we bought slightly melted due to the weather that fluctuates from 8-24c and we couldnt buy any milk/drink to be drank next morning due to no fridge..

This hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of the CBD and public transport. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet! Reception was very friendly, warm and professional. Overall, I really don't have many complaints about Pensione. For the price point, it offered everything one might expect. If I could suggest some small improvements, a pod coffee machine would be amazing. And some options for snacks or wine to purchase in the mini bar.
