Level 1 floor had a very strong smell of chemicals also the same smell was in the room. The door had a massive gap underneath we're we had to put a towel to block it as the chemical smell was coming through. Had to open sliding balcony door to air room out of the chemical smell. Also asked for 2 double beds, which was to single beds pushed together and ended between the mattresses. Balcony had no table or chairs and didnt get to enjoy anything as the room sat just above the entrances. Hall way in front of room had little pieces of rubbish everywhere.

Good room with everything you need.. Hard to find parking when you return at night.

Location was good as needed to be South of the river with easy access to airport, Bentley and FSH. Helpful to have free parking. Rooms are very well worn, noise and smell from Canning Hwy for the rooms over the road.

Not much, Location was good Cheaply renovated rooms with bad smells. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat looked unchanged for 10 years. Which says a lot for high traffic hotel. Shower was over a bathtub. This was also the better rooms

The staff were very welcoming the lovely guys at reception were great the lovely young man at the bar was very likeable No dedicated smoking area
