The hostel was clean, well-organized, and felt safe throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the common areas were comfortable for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The location was convenient and made getting around the city easy.

Really good family vibe hostel, with everything you need to feel comfortable. And the team will help you to ensure you have a good stay.

I did like the lady at the front desk I don't understand why there is so much financial investment in surveillance cameras everywhere, but on the other hand, no investment to improve the building which is falling into ruin, not to mention the general state of cleanliness and smell. It's difficult to survive in such an environment where everything is dirty, with only one bathroom upstairs for all the bedrooms

The staff were super lovely. They gave a tour of the property when I arrived and showed me how everything worked which was amazing! Everything was super clean. Really comfy bed. Loved me stay!

The receptionist was super kind and explained everything clearly — I really appreciated that. I had booked a female dorm, but all the beds were already taken when I arrived. I was told it happens when guests extend their stay last-minute, which is frustrating. I was offered a mixed dorm (which I didn’t feel comfortable with), and then a “private” room shared with another girl. The room was messy and honestly, it smelled really bad. They kindly made a bed for me with clean sheets, which I appreciated. The other girl explained she had to share with a guy before, since the hostel was overbooked, and the messy bed was actually his — it hadn’t been cleaned since he left. I’ve stayed in many hostels, but unfortunately, this was my worst experience. I believe availability should be managed more carefully to avoid overbooking.

This place feels like a big shared house instead of a hostel, like a big and lovely family ?? It’s the first time that I arrive to a hostel and everyone say “WELCOME/BIENVENIDA” with a big smile. Another important thing is that kitchen is so well organised, this usually doesn’t happen in hostels, in general food buckets are a mess and the fridge smells bad but NOT HERE ?? Super clean! Everything was so well and I can't thank the absolutely amazing people living there enough. Special mention to Mel, front of house girl, always helpful and doing everything in a happy manner. If you are travelling by your own, it’s the perfect place to stay ?

Beautiful people. Beautiful place. I will definitely recommend this place and I'll come back!

There’s a proper kitchen where you can cook or bake, it’s really well stocked, has everything you need, a communal TV area where you can binge out on Netflix after work and chat to everyone. For me it’s great because I only have to compete with Roberto for the remote. there is also another communal space to hang out upstairs. Everyone is friendly and feels a bit like a family here. Many people do FIFO so it’s not too party and pretty chill during my experience which is perfect for me as I work in the city. Melanie who is the boss is great. She’s funny, and goes out of her way to take care of everyone here. Laundry facilities could be changed to card operated instead of coin. I have been binging out on money heist after work every day trying to get through all 5 seasons and Melanie gave a MASSIVE spoiler by accident, so be very careful if you’re watching something for the first time and she’s around ?otherwise, all good.
