There was also a good vibe at the hostel it's easy to talk to other residents. Nothing

Nothing too like really You won't like anything and if you do I'd love to know

Some male guests are nice I don’t like this property. No receptionist and have to fill form online and deposit 50$ by card. When I was sleeping its hot and lots of mosquitoes bit me. It makes customers feel unsatisfied not only me but also other female guests.

I liked the Location and the security. Besides the location and security, this place was one of the worst. I have done backpacking 3 years and this place worried me that I pick up some bacteria from there. Bathrooms were mouldi and have no lock on the doors, meaning anyone could walk in and see you naked. There were no hooks to hang the clothes so Just had to leave them on the wet floor. They only clean like once a week and after cleaning still dirty. The pillows and matrasses never been renewed or cleaned since the place opens, coved with stains. Matress soo used that it have human shape in there. The walls and sealings are mouldy as well, so someone with poor heath or asthma etc , would be struggling there. Omg, not to mention how passive the management is. They fine you for everything and watch the cameras who forgot a butter knife on counter or who forgot to put something away. The management is bitter and wont provide you even basic items in the kitchen. All the the things there is left from previous backpackers. Overall, dirty, smelly and heath hazardous. This place is worth Reporting.

I loved the atmosphere, the great vibes, the great staff, felt like home, great price, great locational, near train station, near cafes and most things you need, feel safe and secure, lovely experiences, would stay again in a heart beat, extended my stay because of how great it was, end up missing it and stayed longer than expected. Thank you very much. loved everything

Nothing Loud music all night. Dirty facilities. Rude guests.

Absolutely nothing. This place is the worst place ever. They do the minimum and badly. The staff believes it can trick backpackers in need, just to avoid paying Booking.com fees. The owners block cards and deny payments to the structure even if the reservation was succesfull, and message you on messenger demanding you to pay up front (with the promise to make you save merely 3 AUD$). I'm not the first one that stumbled upon this. They use booking.com to advertise they're vacancies but then pull this trick on you, leaving no other options available. They force guests to cancel their reservations, particularly when they are non-refundable, without informing them of this policy in advance, making the practice highly questionable. Additionally, they do not respond to the contact number provided, and since they do not have a front desk or reception, there is no way to reach them directly. I've already reported them to the competent authorities. You should do the same, if they offered you the same treatment. It's free to report and if the host keep getting by, doing this to others guests, it's just not fair. Since Booking.com doesn't really help customes, but just put them through loopholes: contact Customer Protection @ Consumer Protection Division Gordon Stephenson House Level 2/140 William Street Perth Western Australia 6000 Locked Bag 100, East Perth WA 6892 Call: 1300 30 40 54 Email: consumer@demirs.wa.gov.au www.consumerprotection.wa.gov.a and even if you want to go to the Police, the officers will suggest you to report them @ cyber.gov.au/report. Absolutely nothing. They say they clean the rooms but the smell is unbearable. I worked with animals and the stench emaning from this place cannot be compared to a pig's den. Absolutely disgusting. Nothing, unhealthy inn and very disrespectful occupants! Persistent smell in common areas, dirty and unhealthy bathroom, dirty kitchen, disrespectful occupants (make noise with music at full volume until 2am to 3am), very poorly insulated a lot of noise around. No reception or staff on site. No trash in the room and uncomfortable bed. I would never recommend this hostel to friends or other people. Very expensive for its quality.

When i stayed at the hostel, i got very lucky with the other guests. The people are execptionally friendly. The problem is a long list. There is no onsite reception, and they are way too keen to hand out fines (i didn't get one but still). This isn't an overstatement. They really kept an eye on it... constantly. They've a chat group on Facebook and consistently upload pics of dirty dishes whilst dishing out threats of fines and giving them. The Male bathroom is beyond shite (I've literally shat in bog holes with more of a standard). 3 curtain showers and 1 toilet always bogged with water on the floor (no urinal). for every single lad. Shower hot water never worked. In fact, I noticed some lads go to the girls' toilets, and they must have changed one of the girl toilets to a lads as well. The kitchen is cleaned around 18:00- 19:00, which is dinner time. Minor inconvenience, but heads up. Rooms have no air-conditioning, just a ceiling fan. In summer it's hot af. No baggage storage if you arrive before check-in. You can't even get a code to get on property to relax, if you're early. I've tried a few hostels perth cbd. From wallaby, emu, perth city backpackers, billabong, Britannia, and one other. This is the shite one... only one worse is hive (but for other reasons) If this accommodation is 30 per night, it'd be passable, any more and you ain't getting moneys worth, when you compare.

There were around 35 people living in the hostel with only one male and one female toilet. And people living there were screaming till 2 am. I booked hostel for 3 days but I left in 2 days ,since I could sleep the whole night

Location was useful Had 5 cockroaches in my room in 2 days. There was hole in the roof so they could get in easily. The room had cigarette packets and gum stuck around the room. No air con. Bathroom was dirty water everywhere and mould in showers. I moved two days into my stay as I felt dirty and had bite marks on my body. Oh mattress had multiple stains

notting After making a reservation, I had to send a separate confirmation and deposit, but I couldn't do that because of the flight time, and I couldn't contact the owner in the evening, so I couldn't stay there. I arrived late at night, and there was no one to help me, and I could see guests talking loudly and smoking marijuana even late at night.

Good location That there is no reception. I mean the communication was easy and fast but I’m not used to it

Disappointing

The rooms were very dirty and completely disorganized. The facility was poorly maintained, with the kitchen being a particular mess, full of dust. It was very hot inside with no air conditioning, and extremely loud at night due to surrounding clubs, making it impossible to sleep. The bed linens were dirty and worn out. Overall, it was not worth it. The rooms were very dirty and completely disorganized. The facility was poorly maintained, with the kitchen being a particular mess, full of dust.
