Excellent location! Though it can be noisy at nights so I suggest booking the rooms on higher floors (e.g., pay for the panoramic view). The area is bustling at night, so if you don't like herds of young people - Northbridge area isn't for you. Very decent breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff. The bathroom had a mouldy smell coming from the sink but that was a minor issue. I think overall it was a good experience, can't complain. Can be a tad noisy even on higher floors (we were on the 13th floor), so get those earplugs if you are a light sleeper

had read that pool was heated and when we arrived the receptionist said it was heated but it was very cold. Still my daughter did have a quick swim. would have been perfect if it was warm.

The room is spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Bed is pretty comfortable. Breakfast is great, always get too full so I don't even have to eat lunch. The location is pretty nice as it is close to the train station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is really attentive and friendly. You need to pay extra for the wifi. Although the staff just gave me the code.

great value. Location excellent only 7 minutes to train station. Lots of places to eat on the street. Busy area on a Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast was amazing. Brilliant staff all of them. Would stay again. The big pillows you get are too soft so just request new pillows and they give you a choice.. Bed was good too

The rooms walls were dirt shower was mouldy and gross caroet was coming apart and the cupboard was needed fixing

The shower Location Noise level and that the hotel locked doors after a certain time. Room was okay but the sound and noise from surrounding area was not good. Very loud way past 2am. Breakfast was poor, the staff were great but clearly not enough of them.

Great location Staff is incredibly unfriendly. When we checked in the lady at the reception was rather rude and the entire staff with exception of the housekeeping team was unfriendly, downright rude at times.
