Location was good, near the Perth train station. Wish there were coffee/tea facilities in the room but i suppose some of the rooms may not have enough space. So there's the compromise of space or in-room facilities. But overall, getting complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee from the breakfast area was good enough for me. The phone in the room was still in the "configuration mode". There was no way to get in touch with the Reception other than to go down to ground level. Sound proofing could be better - but noise level on Thursday night was manageable.

Good location close to Perth train line and suited me for my reason for booking Bare minimum facilities in the room. No fridge, no tea and coffee making facilities, no chair to sit in and no wardrobe. I was on the 6th floor of the hotel in the last room on the corridor and all the shared facilities were on the 1st floor. Meaning I had to walk down to the lift to go down 5 floors just to get a drink.

Happy with location and facilities. Fire Alarm was a real disappointment. I was in town to spend time with my sick father in hospital. Sleep was an issue to start with so this was a real disappointment. No mention of a sorry either. That there was no follow up about what could have been a real situation regarding the fire alarm.

Most staffs were friendly . Bed was comfortable Very noisy specially at night if you get the room with balcony.

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Great facilities in the shared common area. Bit noisy at night and the area around the hotel was a bit shabby. We booked a large room but it was still pretty small.

The room was clean and comfortable with great views of William Street and James Street, the communal area had a good atmosphere, the locality was excellent. I didn't like $30 each for a diy cereal breakfast with an added $10 for a luke warm coffee.

It was very sleek and retro. Security was good. Rooms are a bit small. Included breakfast is not great and not really variety and the coffee was not good. Figuring out the tv took forever it is very old technology. Parking was another 30 to 40 dollars. Our shower tap was leaking.
