Very convenient, and staff very friendly. Also the fact that we don’t have to unload all the luggage from the vehicle since each room has its own separate protected parking space.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean, and everything gives the vibe of "traditional style". Dinner was soso - I don't think the pasta I had was freshly cooked. Breakfast was ok, though the scrambled eggs were totally overcooked and pretty tasteless. The most unpleasant thing was the noise that went on until late at night. It sounded like a festival immediately next door, with loud music and a lot of talking, talking, talking through a sound system and people cheering. It would have been nice for the staff to consider that and first give out the rooms that face to the other side of the building - from what I saw (green lights with the room number) there would have been plenty of rooms available. I didn't ask for a room change, as I had already showered and undresses, and as it wasn't the weekend, I thought that the noise would probably end soon anyway ... but it kept going until after midnight.

Hotel is very private but a quick bus or the shuttle to the LIN airport and the yellow line in to Milan. Beautiful park within walking distance and a few restaurants. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was great.. super stay If anything the huge bath tub. If you had any mobility issues it would be challenging BUT…. I don’t know if all rooms have the jacuzzi tub?

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, the staff offered to give us a lift in the hotel shuttle to town or the subway line. This was great service! The exterior wasn't as modern as the pictures indicated, but rooms were beautiful, clean and large!

. This hotel is at 7 km (20 min in traffic time) from the airport, has no restaurant and the shuttle is only available from 8.00 am . So for transit trips, just forget it.

We were lucky to get a Junior Suite room. Very large! Each room has its own parking 'garage' - which was very convenient. The staff was great. I thought it had a full restaurant as we were looking for dinner prior to attending Olympic hockey game. They had room service, but with prepared food. It was ok. But - the wine was great!
