Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto features an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, elegant bar, and a fitness center open 24h. The pool is always accessible to hotel guests during service hours and is open from May 24th until the beginning of September. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge from Monday to Friday. The SPLASH experience, which includes sunbeds and umbrellas during Saturday and Sunday, comes with an extra charge and can be booked on our events website https://novoeventi.it/splash/. All air-conditioned rooms come with coffee and tea facilities and a LCD TV with satellite channels. Guests will enjoy a sweet and savory breakfast every morning. The table soccer at the reception. The swimming pool and the resort. The rooms were comfy too The location was a bit off the main city. The room keys easily develop faults

The check in process was swift. The overall size of the room was good. The lobby area was lovely and very generous in size providing some games and books for children to play and read. There was a huge screen also! Parking facilities were great. It would have been lovely to have some halal options at breakfast. The bedroom appeared to be very dusty, in particular the head board and the bedside tables (my son suffers from dust allergies). I don't know whether it was a case of the areas having not been cleaned or whether it is the type of furniture that naturally attracts dust. The ironing room was also very dusty and looked visibly unclean. There were no hangers available to hang ironed clothes. The room looked tired and unkempt.

I loved everything about this hotel. The property is beautiful, modern, clean and very welcoming. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxed I felt during my three nights here. Honestly, I didn’t have anything negative to say about my stay. Everything was excellent and I was very happy with the hotel and the service provided.

The hotel itself was very good, and I was satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, the condition of the toilet and bathroom in my room was absolutely unacceptable. They were extremely dirty and honestly disgusting.

Staff really helpful, there was a mix up with our room layout but they sorted it really quickly Breakfast buffet was exceptional, probably the best hotel breakfast buffet we've ever had Evening buffet felt a little overpriced and would have preferred a menu to choose from, just personal preference. Shuttle to the airport only ran at 1.30pm and 3.30pm, would have been better to have something in between as we had nearly 4 hours to wait at the airport.

We liked the location, close to airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and met expectations. The charging points in the room were very temperamental. Some worked some did not. The WiFi wasn’t great and kept cutting out.
