Terrific modern hotel very close to Linate airport. Super clean room with a comfortable bed. Dinner ( paid) and including breakfast was excellent with many choices. Lovely grounds and pool. Helpful staff and easy check in and out. Great value. Highly recommend Nada

The pool closed too early and the shuttle operated later than our flight, so we had to order a taxi.

The staff was unfriendly

The location was much further away than I expected. Getting there was a challenge. I got myself from milano centrale to Linate airport and was picked up by the hotel shuttle. room comfy and cool Restaurant staff was horrible....food was mediocre. Airport Shuttle...well....not what I expected.

Great pool and accommodations Kind of far

It was close to the airport and had free parking for the rental car. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was very good. There was no WiFi for the television so you could not stream any shows.

The breakfast was good. The bathroom was decent. The hotel smells bad...too many cleaning chemicals. The directions took us to a driving range. The pool closes at 7pm and doesn't open until 10am so we never got to use it....silly to close when it's hot out and light until 9pm. The air conditioning was weak and so we had to sleep on top of the covers.

Staff seemed inexperienced and overly formal except gentleman’s at desk at 4 am. He was good. Food at restaurant was terrible. Was it frozen then reheated ? Over priced. The room has a light in fire alarm that blinks all night. Air conditioner was loud.

They let us check in early, which was nice as we were coming from an early morning flight and were tired. On Sundays they sell out the deckchairs by the pool to outside people, so if you are a guest of the hotel, you can sit in the grass at best. We also had a late check out included in our booking, with checkout being listed at 13:00 on booking.com; however at 12:00 we got a call from reception to let us know that check out is at 11:00 and we should leave immediately. We informed them about the late check out and were told that we can stay but until 13:00 the latest. There was no apology about the mistake. Instead we were made to feel like we were in the wrong somehow. One of the ladies in the restaurant also yelled at my husband for passing through it, coming from the pool, without his t-shirt, which was interesting as on the next day there was a shirtless guy in the restaurant and it didn’t seem to be a problem.

The hotel was clean and the property, grounds and pool was in excellent condition.

The on site restaurant food was bad.

There was not much. It was modern and slightly designed I booked this to be close to the airport and that they offered a shuttle, but the fine print stated that the shuttle started at 6:30, and my flight was at that time. I asked if they could book a taxi for me in the morning. They booked it before I arrived at the lobby without my request, and the total to get to the airport was 48 euros. The staff was not friendly to Americans (I can kinda see why), but I also can see why Americans are a bit grumpy with shitty service. Especially when we have to pay more than the value. For the price, the room was tiny, shabby, with peeling paint, lots of fingerprints, and smudges on the walls. That is just the beginning. I could keep going.

Convenient, good breakfast, comfortable room Shower did not drain well

This was a quick stop for us until we went to our next adventure, but everyone was very friendly and helpful in spite of language barrier. We appreciated their service

Private, clean, great service, friendly staff

The proximity to airport was great and having the hotel shuttle was extremely convenient and inexpensive for only €10. The breakfast option had a good selection of choices.

The friendliness of the staff at reception, the restaurant, the drivers and the cleaning staff. Delicious breakfast included which was fresh. It's quiet as well. No TV connection to Wi-Fi to watch Netflix etc. We have to use hotspots off our own line, but if your tourists are from out of the country, that signal will not be strong enough to sustain a good connection. No iron (but in this case a steamer) available. I requested one so we could be ready for our next day but it never came. The refrigerator did not work in keeping everything cold and no microwave to reheat our food and with food being already expensive with the region, meant wasted food. No ice machines. We ordered from the restaurant once. But we had to order off a new menu rather than the one we were given and the restaurant had to substitute some of the dishes ingredients because they were out of it. But my fiance found the substitute dish delicious. We arrived here in April, springtime weather. They have cold nights and hot days the time we were there, but no temp control of the room to balance it out. Very inconvenient especially when you have no microwave or refrigeration or ice machine. Again, that was our room experience. I can't say about whether anyone else had similar issues. The biggest drawback was the distance from the city. It's close to the airport and they provide for the shuttle, but it's only to the airport. And you have to pay for it during certain hours. The metro from the airport is convenient enough as well. You just have to try and figure out how to take advantage of the free shuttle times versus the time you want to sightsee. Again, not horrible, to have to pay to use during certain hours, kind of sucks. I would not visit again. Its best to be used as a pitstop on a vacation journey.
