Fantastic common areas with modern guest rooms

Wonderful place in Pescia. We used it as starting point to reach Firenze and Lucca. Train station is near. Breakfast is great.

We only stayed two night in this exceptional hotel. in Pescia We arrived by train and fortunately the hotel was not far from the station. Everything was excellent; the check-in, our room on the first floor, the breakfast! We also visited the exquisite restaurant for our dinner - we were served very tasty vegan dish, pasta with aubergine and beans, after which we had a superb lemon sorbet. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very kind and helpful. We also have to mention that the decoration and unique objects in the entrance hall and in the corridors were truly amazing! We sincerely hope that we can come back and stay longer!

This hotel has that old world charm. The rooms were large and very clean with a lot of amenities. The restaurant was excellent. It is not centrally located in Pescia

My room was spacious with balcony & view of front garden. I enjoyed having dinner in the outdoor garden. The staff at breakfast (Ricardo & Rosa) were very nice! Keara was a great bartender! other guests smoking cigarettes at the outdoor dining tables & near the front doors & at the pool.

Rooms and overall design Breakfast cuisine are below average. Only deserts are majorly served.

It was a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious and the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The twin bed I had was hard and lumpy, and you could feel the springs through the very thin padding. Very uncomfortable, and I didn't get much sleep.

The property is nice, old hotel but clean, reception very kindly. the maids are very loud, they start clean room very early and speak very loud in front of my room tree ours, so i didnt sleep weel

Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and charming. We had one evening meal which sadly was disappointing. It was evident that at certain times the Hotel was geared to dealing with large groups : different to the experience of a few years ago when we last stayed at the hotel

Exceptional

The hotel is a large complex on nice grounds out of the main centre of Pescia, it seems to cater well for buses of tourists. The rooms were clean and for the age of the buidling, quite nice with a charm about them, I particularly liked the enormous autumn picture back wall of the beds :) The staff are absoultely lovely, helpful and keen to serve any request. The hotel has a very old world charm about it and a newer wing attached, it has a pool which we never used but seemed nice.
