This time i have stayed 1 day at resort suites as i was on my way to singapore. Since we could take only limited luggages we asked to hotel staff to store our luggages for 3 days and they did without a fee. We were very worried about where to keep our luggages. The room was so clean and smelled fresh and it was very easy and comfortable stay. Also, sunway pyramid hotel was nearby so it was easier to find places to eat and shop.

The location is good and the rooms are of reasonable quality. After some long communication between Booking website, emails and WhatsApp (which adds to the confusion), I received instructions on how to receive the room key inside a locker to get the room key as the arrival time is after the check-in desk closes for the evening (after 11pm). When arriving to the hotel (11:30pm) and opening the locker (using hotel instructions), there was no key or anything. When calling the number provided within the WhatsApp chat for assistance, no-one answered. It was only until assistance from another hotel and other staff in the hotel, we finally got our room key. It did not help that the 24-hour Security Desk did not have any knowledge of the room key / reservation.

The location is great for anyone staying at Sunway. It's better than staying at the cheap hotels across the street but more affordable than the other Sunway hotels. Check in was a bit difficult to find. The gym needed the aircon. No breakfast or pool

The location at Sunway Pyramid is quite convenient. A great place where can easily shop around and having nice food. The sofa looks very dirty. The air-conditioner shouldn't being installed facing directly to the bed. Too cold if the air-conditioner is on or otherwise it is too hot if the air-conditioner is off.

The location was very good. Staff were very friendly. Sufficient amenities, including washing machines. Would be better if hand towels could be provided. The room needs some maintenance. 2 lights on the corridor just outside the room were flickering.

It was a great location and a comfortable and clean room that was perfect for the good price. On the last night, the room next to ours was really loud all night. When checking in, the staff was very rude and condescending to us, which was a very disappointing experience since everything else was so good.
