It’s normally cheap, clean & easily accessible Price, was very expensive for an empty hotel

The availability of a ground floor accessible room was excellent and rarely available in other accommodation. Good flexibility on times for meals was excellent. Also excellent car parking with ample disabled spaces both at the accommodation and at the restaurant was excellent Good range of breakfast and meals throughout the day and evening and good value. Breakfast bacon wasn't great and filter coffee would have been preferred to instant however these are minor issues.

The heating was broken in my room, it was 1 degree and sideways rain outside. When I'd worked out it was broke (used AI to look up the make, model and error) it was too late to speak to anyone and I'd left the contact number with my colleague who was sleeping - so had to double up the duvet etc to stay warm. I did find out my colleague had an oil radiator so obviously a problem at this hotel that is on-going. I spoke to the staff in the am and said i would like a call to discuss a payment refund - part of full. No return call was made (and i've given 5 days till this review). The bathroom also had leftover hairs on the shower wall.

Nice and clean and comfortable Sante end of a long journey. Friendly staff in the pub. Bit out of the way

Clean rooms Big enough for family. comfy beds. Ample parking space. Nearby MacD, Greggs & Starbucks. Overall good stay

Not much… could be ok, but out of 4 travellers we all got back ache after the first night! Very little sleep as every boy racer in Scotland likes to meet in the B&Q car park,only a few feet outside my window! Pretty much everything!

Price. Cleanliness. Kindness and service. Bath .. no non slip mat. I fell in the shower and out the bath. Injuring my leg. Very slippy indeed without mat. Seem to struggle to keep a full menu. Maybe look at ordering. I get it's diff to keep all stuff but quite a few items were unavailable.

we received a warm welcome from Kim and Aimee and they remembered us from our previous visits the hotel was back to the happy welcoming place like it used to be and the new menu was great and also good value for money nothing everything was great no complaints

Breakfast was included, even extra coffee. Was quiet and comfortable Hum of air conditioning at night, shower over bath rather than shower cabin

Convenient location, clean & comfy rooms Minor things like an orange stain on the carpet and the body wash was almost empty (and seemingly topped up with water)

Lovely staff. Nice clean rooms. Good value for money. Nothing

Served our purpose well visiting relatives in brooch and along north east coast will definitley stay here again

Staff amazing as always. My tv remote control wasn’t working and they went above and beyond to get me another in no time at all
