Short walk to town. Nice breakfast room. Parking outside the door. Big room that needed a small table and two comfortable chairs to take in the view out the window.

Despite a mixup with the booking of the room, the management immediately rectified the problem. Excellent service and a lovely clean, comfortable room.
-
good clean room, strong shower and quiet street and building.
-
Good location, quiet, close to pubs and restaurants.
-
The price and location was good. The outside of the building and general area is very run down

Easy check-in, good room size, good quality large soft towel, great shower pressure. Very quiet area. Free on street parking outside. Great rate for breakfast, freshly cooked. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful team. Keys with names on display at the entrance reception desk which is visible to other guests. Not keen on that. Would have preferred to just get a message with the room number to then pick up the relevant key envelope withouty name on it for more protection of personal details. The coffee station shelf in the room is very loose and needs maintenance. Could not keep the window open. I had to wedge it with a coat hanger. Check out said 11am but got a knock on the door at 9.30am. Bit dusty in the regular places and cob webs from the ceiling. Sign says to book breakfast, press reception button, but no idea where that button is? Had to call to book. Not a big issue but confusing. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Great value, good location. We had a room on the ground floor.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of town. The staff were incredibly helpful, and coffee and tea were consistently replenished. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower door was broken, and there were no hooks for clothes in the bedroom. The window was difficult to open due to the old frame. The walls were quite thin—you could hear the neighbors—but it wasn't a major issue.

Stayed here after a wedding, rooms are clean, showers powerful, staff are wonderful we prebooked breakfast the night before and it's great value for money £5 and there's tea/coffee/orange juice, bread to make toast cereals and a freshly cooked breakfast with bacon, sausage egg and beans, if looking for somewhere cheap and clean this is a great place!
