the breakfast could be a bit better.

The absence of staff at breakfast was unhelpful. Small milk jugs would be great benefit. No choice in pastries, or cereals...only honey nut flakes.
-
Extremely clean and spacious. Private bathroom down a corridor - finding the key in the dark in the middle of the night. Room was cold and no option to plug in a heater.

Location was good, walking distance to all we wanted. Continental breakfast was limited. Room was on top floor. Smell of mould in bathroom. Street parking on busy street.

Great value for money and very clean. Room was well decorated and hosts communication was excellent. N/A

The rooms were beautifully decorated and so clean the beds were super comfy too The noise from the cars passing at night were quite noisy but soon quietened down later in the later evening

It stated continental breakfast until 10am, however we came down at 9.30am and nothing was available, apart from toast. Cleaning started too early. Quite noisy.

Nice big room with nice styling, clean and well kept. Access and details were well communicated and there were no issues, nice and easy! The sofa bed for our son was not made - not a big deal just an oversight I imagine. It was easy to do on our own. Breakfast was a bit too simple and no hot option apart from toast... So I was a little bit disappointed but again, no biggie. Overall, a good one night stay, will come back if in the area.

Stayed in the Jacobean. sofa bed was a bit hard. Room was big. Room was clean. Check in was effortless. Dinning room was nice touch. Would stay again.

The room was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, and the bath was a nice relaxing experience. Heating could have been a touch higher, room was a tad on the cool side. This was in no way a deal breaker for me, just a personal preference. I'm sure the host would have nudged it up a degree or two if we had asked.
