Except that the location was nowhere, it is generally a very good hotel. Nice staff, clean place, spacious rooms and a good air conditioner! I enjoyed my stay here! Location was bad.

Quiet and clean No fridge, no complementary shampoo and no iron board, they forgot to made up the room one night.

3-star hotel with good prices and high quality. Unfortunately, because it was a 3-star hotel, it didn't have a refrigerator.

Very friendly staff. Room was basic but very clean. The bed is a little small for two people. The pillow was to high and uncomfortable and they only give you one. Water machine located on every floor. We did not purchase breakfast. The bed was small and the pillows uncomfortable. Parking is extra and the lot can be tricky getting in and out of especially if you have a larger car,

Comfy and quiet room. The bed was pretty good and the shower as well. I couldn't regulate the air conditioner, so the room started to feel pretty hot at points or pretty cold at others.

NOTHING WHEN I CHECKED IN, IMMEDIATELY NOTICED, AIR CON WAS UNOPERATIONAL. CAME TO RECEPTION, THEY SAID, THEY SHUT IF OFF IN WHOLE BUILDING. AS IT'S WARM WINTER IN PORTUGAL, AND SUNNY SIDE, THE ROOM TEMPERATURE AT 23:50 WAD 24.7 DEGREES. I CAN'T SLEEP AT THIS CONDITIONS. WINDOWS WERE SHUT FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, ONLY A SMALL CRACK POSSIBLE TO OPEN. WHICH I DID, AFTER 1H NEGOTIATING WITH HOTEL AND CALLING BOOKING.COM, THE TEMPERATURE ONLY DROPPED TO 24.1 DEGREES. THEY COULD NOT OFFER ME OTHER ROOM WITH NON-SUN ORIENTED WINDOWS WHERE CONDITIONS WERE BETTER, BOOKING COM SENT THEM CANCELLATION REQUEST IMMADIATELY, WHICH THEY IGNORED, EVEN AFTER I PASSED MY PHONE TO THE STAFF AND THEY SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH THE BOOKING.COM. AFTER 2 HOURS STRUGGLING, TALKING TO MOOV HOTEL DIRECTOR, CLAUDIA, THEY REJECTED TO DO ANYTHING SO I COULD EITHER SLEEP ON THE STREET OR GO TO HELL. NEXT DAY I CAME AGAIN AND ASKED TO CALL THEIR DIRECTOR, SHE DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I LEFT A COMPLAINT IN THEIR COMPLAINS BOOK, WHICH THEY IGNORED UP UNTILL NOW, 3.12.2025. AVOID THIS HOTEL, AT LEAST IN WINTER. AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT EXIST, WHILE IN THE LIST OF THE FACILITIES IT'S PRESENT. YOU WILL GET NO SOLUTION FROM HOTEL, NO MONEY AND NO SLEEP THAT YOU PAID FOR!!! BOOKING.COM ALSO USELESS AS THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO PROTECT ME, LEAVING ME ALONE DEALING WITH THE HOTEL. I CAN SHOW THE CLAIMP COPY AND VIDEO PROOF OF THE SITUATION IF BOOKINB.COM WOULD LIKE TO STEP IN.

Very clean and welcoming staff peaceful place

Its a no frills stay. The breakfast is available but its more grab and go. You can sit though. Its a little bit out of the main city - no connection to the Metro or trains. I thought I would use the public transport but ended up using Uber way more. You can walk to the nearest bus station (less than 800 metres) but you have to wait if you don't have the schedule and then it still doesn't take you to the city - you still have to get onto another one.

I understand the check in time was 2pm, however, we got there from an overnight flight and were super tired.. the hotel attendant said it was full yet we seen 1 other couple and the parking was empty. So we had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours and try to nap in the car (thankfully we had a vehicle). There were no toiletries as a welcome gift and no coffee or anything unless you paid at the vending machine. The water dispenser was outside the room in the hallway. Overall, not the greatest experience.

Great experience. Good service, great and helpful staff. We came on a 3 nights stay, the hotel is only 20 min from downtown Lisbon, 20 from Sintra and the west coast area. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay, I highly recommend it. Supermarket is right next to it p, opened late. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, never had any noise issues. Parking available on premises, we added this hotel for our stays in the Lisbon area. Ideal for those looking for a place to drop their bags, have a place to shower and sleep and to go enjoy the Lisbon area. Having a vehicle on your own is highly recommended if you stay here, as it is fairly remote (yet close enough) from downtown.

Very nice lady at the reception. Supermarket located next door. Clean. Good value for money. Free car park at the back of the hotel available. Air cond didnt work properly. Breakfast overpriced at 12€ for continental. Car park underground overpriced 6€.
