Clean room

It was just what I needed! Gym, food, quick to the city, a pleasant staff and clean room.

Front desk person was absolutely awful. So rude, the line of travelers who had their flights cancelled could have used a friendly face when checking in. Why in the world would a hotel have someone so terrible be the first face of the company?

During my stay the wifi was not working so I couldn't watch anything but the few cable movie channels they had. The room smelled musty like a wet basement i asked to be moved to another room but since the hotel was booked for the night that was not possible. The front desk staff offered to hace house keeping to come with air freshener however no one ever came. Upon arrival to my room I saw the breakfast menu mention a voucher however this was not mentioned by the front desk during my check in process.

The front desk lady was amazing! she gave me tips how to get downtown, specially travelling by myself. Food was great! Room was excellent and clean. This property is beautiful, highly recommend.

Checked in on 8/1 and the room was not ready at 3:30. Upgraded to have Delta Pantry access and told that was not available either u til I had my room key. Got back from my event - the pantry was closed. Tried to take a shower and the tub filled with water and would not drain - sofa couch had crumbs on it and the bathroom had hair on the floor. When I got back from my event - I stood at the front desk waiting for gel for a few minutes and then the employee came over (who was sitting on a couch in the lobby) and said sorry - yawing in my face. Very disappointing stay!

Upon arrival, the staff was equally friendly. It really made a difficult day tolerable. We immediately located the bar-restaurant and spent the remainder of the day/evening chatting with the friendly bartenders and other patrons. The only amenity lacking (if you're looking for it) is a pool. Otherwise, I would recommend the Delta and stay again should the need arise.

Our room was clean, staff was prompt to help with check in and answer questions. The upgrade to the Delta Pantry was perfect for a late check in. The ceiling was leaking.

Super nice staff and the shuttle to the airport was on time.

Clean and spacious rooms. Shuttle took almost an hour. Front staff was minimally helpful after a long day and having my flight cancelled.
