Staff, location, cleanliness, onsen and amenities were great. The pillows were too hard, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
-
The room is a little bit smaller than we expected.
-
This cosy house was perfect for us. We could have two of our family members visiting us for a chat.
-
Really clean. The breakfast has more option this time The staff forgot to give me a breakfast ticket for first day. I did not know that I have a ticket until later that day. But no one apologized for it

Very clean and quiet with amazing breakfast. The room is very small, limited space to repack luggage.

near the train station, the staff was very friendly, it has a hot spring and excellent breakfast. nothing complain.
-
Big room (compared to other rooms in Tokyo) Small couch and table that folds on the side so you don't lose too much space. Very modern with a projector on the wall that can stream content from your phone! Also a lot of plugs and cables / adaptors in the room! The pillow (yes just one long one) was quite hard.

I loved the little onsen that was part of the hotel. The neighbourhood was interesting with loads of stores and restaurants. The hotel is advertised as a four minute walk from the station. It took me lots longer than that. More like a 20 minute walk.

Excellent hotel close to Omiya Station, in Saitama. Lovely rooms, public baths, breakfast. New, clean and tidy. Wonderful friendly staff.
-
The amenities are all top notch. They emphasise on using all organic products. I even love the textured pillow lol. The room is quite smol and cramped for 3 people. There is only about 6 inches distance between the two beds.

Breakfast was wonderful Staffs were very friendly Ms Shirai was my favorite Onsen was small but never crowded Bathroom is so tiny

- Quiet. Even though my room was right in front of the elevator, I couldn't hear it at all. - There is an onsen. - The staff was amiable. - The provided pillow made of hard plastic balls was not comfortable at all for me. There is a system where other pillows are available in the lobby, but when I checked in on the first day, they were all taken. Furthermore, none of the different types were actually comfortable. I wish there would be regular pillows. - The onsen bath is very small.
-
Very good location, staffs are very helpful, Breakfast are very good, and the hotel has a hot spring. nothing complain
-
Welcome drink, including alcohol is surprisingly good service. When I checked in, no advice was given for special pillows. When I realised such service, all special pillows were taken.

I love the hotel. Super clean, comfortable bed and most of all, great quality of water from every tap! All the amenity were eco conscious and you can even choose your own pillow. This hotel in on down town side of Omiya Station. I tried more expensive hotels on the other side of the station, but this one beats them all! I'd love to try Onsen bath and breakfast next time. None

The hotel provides a small Osen area. Very relaxing. Using paper containers for breakfast is not eco friendly.

A lot of amenities provided; body cream, face mask, vitamin c serum, pillows etc and on site Onsen even though we didn’t use it and pretty close from Omiya station. Nothing much. Room size is appropriate for Japan
