Nice place and a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained; however, the first room we stayed in had somewhat dirty floors and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. This was minor and was not the case in the second room we moved into. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and promptly allowed us to switch rooms due to the Fios not working. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would again!

The location is excellent! It’s a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the center of Philadelphia close to Rittenhouse Square! I love everything there!

The property was clean and staff was friendly. The location was good for hoping on the subway or a short walk to various highlights. Our bed was on the medium-firm side.

IT WAS GREAT. LOTS OF OPTIONS. THE AMBIANCE, THE STAFF ARE BEYOND HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. I HONESTLY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS HOTEL. just no elevator, but it's an old bldg., and installing an elevator would take away from its beauty. Not hard to carry up luggage.
