The hotel is extremely DATED and parts are run down. There is no real lobby. And they annoyingly knock on your door at 10 am to ask if you are checking out that day. Why is that disturbance necessary ? I would definitely not stay there again.

The decor was great. Nice rooms. Great environment. My wife and I went to the Shane Gillis show and then spent the next day shopping. The hotel location is great. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

Staff were helpful. Cane to support my country playing against Curacao and was delighted to see that they were supporting my country too

Stay was good, bathroom toilet was clogged up at first but they resolved it quickly. Staff was great especially the valet guys. Also close to everything pretty much walking distance aside from the heat. Overall, had a great time.

Lovely hotel close to everything. Lobby, bar and restaurant renovated. Rooms/bathrooms could use some renovating. Chipped paint on bathroom doors and older tiling. We needed a double room but none available. Instead we were in a room with a sleeper sofa (which was ok). However, instead of making up the sleeper bed for bedtime (like a 5 star hotel) a plastic bag was left on the floor with sheets, a quilt and pillows. It’s the little details that turn a good experience into an excellent one! Overall pleasant stay but definitely room for improvement.
