Item was nice

Loved the facilities and the kitchen was well equipped

From our personal experience, the room itself was nice. However, there were a few issues that really stood out. The hot water only worked during the early morning hours (around 6 AM–12 PM), and they definitely seemed to have some plumbing issues. We also had a leak coming from the wall in the living room, which was really weird. The bathroom and water situation were some pretty big concerns for us, especially because those are things I really look forward to being right when booking a room. Overall, the staff were great, but the plumbing and hot water issues definitely affected our stay.

Great place.
-
Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities.
-
Only glitch in my 3 night stay was waiting one morning for 40 minutes to get my car from the garage.
-
Very clean, spacious room, staff great, excellent location.

Good price for 4-star hotel
-
Was good, just when im tried to use the pool many kids were there and i supposed to use lounge

Bed sheets had stains on them, many items in the room were already broken, and we were unable to control the AC in the room. When we arrived, they had overbooked the room type we had, and had to move to a queen room instead. When we tried to cool down in the pool, the water was warm like bath water, and the staff did not fix it when we complained. For a 4 star hotel, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience and would not recommend for anyone to stay

I go down to front desk, girl was NOT friendly at all. Asks me what I want her to do, I said put us in a room without a broken bed. We move. Room smells like cigarettes. Air conditioner just makes horrible noises. I call the front desk to tell her this isnt OK. She says that's all they have. No apology ever. For $300, I could have gone to a better hotel with customer service. This one was chosen for proximity to museums. Don't recommend at all.

The pool was amazing and surprisingly warm, hot tub warm with great view! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Car valet was friendly and efficient. And the location was perfect! Would definitely recommend.
-
The complement of housewares was lacking, specifically the silverware. The plates were mostly dirty so I ran the dishwasher with everything I would use. The pool area is very small and was extremely crowded but that’s not a flaw or issue. I will definitely return but maybe midweek next time.
-
Fantastic location walkable to City Hall, Love Park, Logan Cicle Fountain and the Franklin Institute and within range of the Art Museum, Rodin Museum and Rittenhouse Square. The staff was very helpful especially Sasha (spelling?) and Seth. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view. Upgrades were average. The roof pool is the bomb.
-
Stayed there on four occasions in the past six weeks. Same courteous and helpful service by people who genuinely seem to take pride in their work. The balconies are wondrous advantage point from which to see and hear a vibrant, beautiful city.
-
I only one issue but the staff handle everything professionally and timely. The Windsor staff is what makes the hotel.

The parking one of the guys argued with my daughter and got in her face !!! I made a report to the company that he works for . The parking attendant.
-
The atmosphere entering was nice. The room could have been given more attention in the cleaning. The shower water pressure was extremely low.
-
Very roomy the living room very spacious and the bedroom as well Suite also had a balcony off the bedroom The bathroom had a bedroom entrance and a vestibule entrance And 2 walking closet one right inside the entrance and another in the bedroom Valet parking @ $57.00 a day a bit pricey but convenient The only complaint would be that the hallway could’ve been vacuumed better Would recommend and will be my go to hotel while in Philadelphia
