Peaceful and comfortable Check in staff was great

The staff, location and breakfast make this place 5 stars. But it needs a remodel and soon. The staff trys to keep things tidy but new carpet and paint could go a long way.

The suite was very spacious, clean and well maintained, I liked the dinner menu and the food was very good. Breakfast was very good too including made to order omelets, Staff was friendly and helpful.

Other than a small wait for our room (staff was accommodating during wait), everything else was an amazing experience

Location is excellent, the grounds are beautiful, staff were very pleasant and helpful My only complaint was the cricket that made it into the room and gave us a little extra wake up call.

I threw up there breakfast soon as I got back to room under temp food

The pillows were horrible. The room felt humid at times even though the ac was cold, the ac was also very loud and the shower head made a horrible sound which started to hurt your head after a while. Their “Mountain View” was a view of the parking lot with the actual mountains looking like little dust hills from afar and wanted to charge you extra if you wanted the side with the actual Mountain View. I wouldn’t stay here again. The pool is also smaller than what is shown in the pictures which sucked!

Bar staff was amazing during the happy hour which we were given to complimentary drinks. Definitely would stay here again

It is an older hotel but they maintain it well. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Excellent hot meal on site included w friendly cook who makes a great omelette. The staff cleaning the dining room did a great job. Front desk also very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely stay again. Ohh and the rooms were spacious. Very happy with my stay.

Great place! The property required the vehicles to have a parking pass provided by the front desk but the front desk did not provide any parking pass so a customer would not know. So, make sure to ask for a parking pass otherwise you will get a notice on your vehicle the next morning.
-
Very nice overall but could use a bit of upgrading. Staff were all great, pool was nice and the overall amenities were great. Great breakfast. Nice view from the view (golf & pool view room.). I would consider staying here again but I’m not fond of paying for parking. Overall, it was an 8 of 10 for me. Again, loved the breakfast.

The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, the food is ok. However: the hotel is too outdated, the AC is the worst (too noisy), the pillows zero comfortable. It's a nice hotel, but it needs urgent renovation.

Location is near a facility my husband is residing.
