Golf course condition and player amenities were poor at best. Multiple icemakers didn't work in buildings. Sundry store expensive and excessive taxes.

This is place is truly amazing! Best resort for the price I ever stayed, super well located, the rooms are big! They have a laundry center open 24/7 (just wish the machines were in better condition); pools all over the place including a nice adult pool (wish the adult pool was open 24/7) a very nice gym, the resort is very well connected, plenty of parking. A lot of spots to take very nice pictures! Great restaurant and bar by the pool! I truly loved my stay here! Would def come back.

The rooms are very large and clean
-
Nothing super outstanding but all pretty nice

Todo es un excelente hotel y son muy atentos todos desde recepción

The room was very accommodating for the price but needs a little TLC to make it exceptional. The staff is fabulous; very personable, professional and helpful. There is a daily charge for parking, and it can be difficult to find a space near your room when the hotel is full. Luckily there are several shuttles on the property that can get you where you need to go. The scenery is beautiful and the amenities plentiful.

We enjoyed the staff that we encountered and the facilities looked clean and taken care of.

They are very friendly and helpful plus beautiful scenery

It was amazing staying in this property
-
We LOVED the huge room, the poolside service, the hilltop restaurant and the lovely staff!!
-
This property was probably fabulous 20 years ago, but it is in need of renovation. We enjoyed the pools and the views from our Cliffside Suite were beautiful. The staff was fantastic, which neutralized some of the negatives.

I highly recommend this place, weekdays are best. Weekend gets pretty busy crazy,
-
On the positive, it was pretty quiet for being such a busy resort.

Was great !!

Great view - of the parking lot ! Terrible location - the "cliffs" mean they have tried to stick buildings into places were they don't belong: 1.) Terribly difficult to find a parking space - we had to park as far away from our room as geographically possible. 2.) You cant take a pleasant stroll around the grounds - everything is so steep and dis-organized, it's like you're walking sideways to go anywhere. All the pool were packed with loud, obnoxious trailer trash people.

The service is truly uncanny, with staff who respond quickly and are always eager to assist. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant and professional. The venue itself is lovely, with extraordinary outdoor spaces that make the stay feel like a retreat. I particularly enjoyed the multiple pools, which provided both relaxation and variety during my stay. The hotel offers an impressive diversity in room types, ensuring that every guest can find accommodations that perfectly suit their needs. Everything about this stay reinforced why I keep coming back to this Hilton location. If you’re looking for a hotel in Phoenix that combines comfort, beauty, and top-notch service, I highly recommend the Hilton.
-
Definitely not worth the money, paid for a cliffside view and got the opposite of that.
-
Had to walk way to far to get to main pool. shuttle took 40 minutes to come pick up whether it was at the main pool or the over flow parking lot. This was not appreciated when outside temps are 110 degrees then when you finally get shuttle no air conditioning in back of the shuttle must been broke terribly hot. Called for maintenance and had a light in room flashing and would quit and no maintenance to fix no way to disable so annoyed the crap out of us as we were trying to get sleep. Very disappointed

Love the resort! Great customer service! The pool was amazing and the rooms were very clean.

Room was clean, beds are comfortable, staff was nice. I wouldn’t stay here again for the parking issue alone.
