Great stay... The rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean

The only downside was the parking situation. Before arriving, we called to ask about parking and were given different information than what we were told when we checked in. We later found out that the parking area is about a block away from the hotel. While we understood that parking required an additional fee, having to park a block away and carry all of our luggage to the hotel was inconvenient, especially since we weren’t given clear information beforehand. Aside from the parking situation, we really enjoyed the hotel and were very happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and service. I would still recommend staying here, but I do think the parking process and communication could be improved.

Great stay as usual to attend a concert…..

Ac was barely cool. Mattress was so gross. Blood stains everywhere. Room was clean. Pillows were comfortable. My friend was bitten all over her legs, which led us to discover the gross Mattress and crushed bug.

Great say super close to Chase Stadium

Very nice place to stay and within walking distance of everything we were in town for.

Great hotel, staff very friendly. Only problem we had was with the valet parking. Our car was blocked by another car and it over 30 minutes for the valet to get our car

The room was clean but house keeping only came every other day so we had to take out the trash. They only had a small trash can by the elevator and it was always full. But otherwise we had a great time.

Hotels, clean, quiet and the free breakfast is excellent. The staff is great. The only thing is the parking structure the valet pretty high in the price over price but if you get lucky, you can find the meter outside overall just because the parking I won’t stay again, but everything else was excellent

Location perfect for many events including the one we attended. Parking fee was too expensive, especially for guests staying at the hotel. Would have appreciated an area for sundries to purchase as I needed a couple of items. Great restaurant and bar with happy hour.

I highly recommend you valet your vehicle. Definitely worth it in the heat.
