Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

Great experience

Rooms were excellent; entire property was excellent, clean and safe; Check-In Staff was excellent and processed our check-in swiftly and pleasantly; the bartender at the in-house bar was a real dink (rude, poor service ... let's just say, he earned the $1 tip he received).

Parking was a little steep at like $45 a day or only 35 if I wanted to be a block away

Second time we’ve stayed here it’s perfect for downtown Phoenix m. It’s close to the stadiums and very clean

Pretty disappointed with our stay. We booked a room for three people with two queen beds but ended up with a room with a king and a pull-out single bed sofa that was too short for my 15 year old son to sleep comfortably. They also ran out of pillows so we had to share our 4 pillows for the 3 of us. My son said the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast area was a mess when we arrived. The trash was overflowing and they were out of bowls for oatmeal/cereal. They also were out of bagels and donuts. The staff was friendly and hardworking in the breakfast area but they were obviously overwhelmed.

The Restaurant was nice to have. The location of the hotel is everything. 3 to 4 blocks is all you need for a great weekend a pair of comfortable shoes and an open mind go explore the area you will not be disappointed. Sport,nitelife, music just go have fun. Or catch an Uber,Lift,way more or even the train 4dollars for an all day ticket. Allday 24 hours.1 time purchase can take you from airport to downtown to some surrounding area cities check your map. And enjoy the ride Phoenix is a rising cityscape in the desert. Had a great Fathers day weekend with my child. Thanks Phoenix

Exceptional

Room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Shower reeked of mildew and parking was expensive. Water pressure was terrible.

Friendly, efficient staff, works speedily and productively. Surprisingly quiet! A pleasant experience, convenient for short walk to Chase Field

Great experience. We stayed in the two queen sized bed room and it was decently sized for 3 people. Would not necessarily recommend more than that. Wish the hotel had a pool. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and accommodating

The lady and the gentleman that were working the front desk basically every day from 3ish-9ish were extremely friendly and helpful!! I hope they get compensated for their great customer service
