Perfect location and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and nice hotel rooms. Only complaint is the lack of blackout curtains on east facing rooms in a location where the sun rises at 5am.

Great stay! It is residential and a hotel which I didn’t know until I got there, but I hear this is common in Phoenix. The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the room was clean.

We loved all the amenities. The pool was perfect. Plenty of lounge chairs we played pool and enjoyed that they had cornhole and lots of other activities. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the window in the room wasn’t fully shaded it so every morning the sun came up it was right in your face while you were trying to sleep. Also in the shower they didn’t have a shower rack, but everything else was five star.

Love Sol Modern, I love how my room on the 5th floor looked like. I get to have a spacious walk in closet and also a laundry machine in the room. Get to wash and dry my clothes before heading home. Spent a good time on the 8th floor after my conference and work hours.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My room was clean, except for under the bed and bench in the dining area. It looks like it hasn’t been swept under for quite some time. The pillows smelled terrible.

I enjoyed the location, the size of the room, the amenities in the room, and the beauty! There’s a FULL gym, a beautiful terrace, and multiple pools. My room had a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal it was essentially an apartment. Even though the building is so large it was still peaceful. The thing I disliked was the parking garage app and price. One night of parking was $25 and I had to rent a space that did not have EV charging. The garage has EV stations but those spots were not available at the time of my booking so I didn’t want to risk being towed

I liked the location and convenience to a lot of places nearby! Down town area, after dark hours are significantly different. Heavily populated area of homeless.
