Rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean. Grounds needed some work. Very little interaction with staff, other than front desk.

I lived in Litchfield Park years ago and never got to experience the Wigwam. It was everything I thought and more. Thanks for the memories!

Think they would benefit from redesigning the pool area a bit but they haven’t. One just for adults. But the main pool feels cramped where they tried to jam in a slide setup. Four stars. My only real complaint. It could use a Starbucks type pickup shop for quick coffee and snacks.

Really disappointed with my experience. We received a message 40 minutes before check in that our room wasn’t available anymore and they had no other rooms to accommodate. Keep in mind we had been driving from out of state with no where else to stay. They offered a room at another hotel near by and we had to take it because we literally had no where to go. The hotel room was very standard and basic, grateful for it, yes. But we had an expectation for our vacation and it was ruined. It’s shocking that they had 100% of their rooms booked and nothing for us. Wouldn’t a well established, historic, HUGE property, keep a few rooms open for emergency situations like this? But no. We were very excited to spend our vacation in a highly reviewed property but were left with a “sorry for the inconvenience.”

Nice hotel. A bit dated and needs upkeep. Room was nice and very clean. We were there in the off season but it was a little cumbersome to navigate. Signage was not clear and some of the amenities and restaurants were closed, which was understandable but not communicated to us. It was a good deal for the lower, off-season price. Would not pay full price based on this stay.
