My only hiccup was that the room that we selected wasn't exactly what we got. I'm mainly referring to the restroom/shower situation. Since I was traveling with a friend, we would have liked to have that division where he could still use the toilet if needed while I was showering and not me practically sitting on top of him lol.

Everything was great, very clean, and the staff was excellent. The only drawback is that the location is far from the beaches and nightlife, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Excellent value for money 15 min from old town Phuket Extra comfortable bed Goood wifi reliable to work Fitness room was quite small but it has 3 cardio machines

Nice pool and seating facilities, clean rooms. Air conditioning at the training facilities. Close to the city without being in the center. Cleaning lady tried to walk in unannounced 8am in the morning without knocking. Door was locked with chain, was kinda early to just walk in. Was annoying that I couldn’t keep the fan on in the bathroom if I left with my keycard. Was hard to get it to dry out. Internet didn’t work in my room. Was fine in the reception and pool area.

They do not offer breakfast,.. but theres a room where you can get hot water and instant-coffee. That's fine for me.

First room we were given was grim. Hair everywhere and lumps of wet tissue in the bathroom. Second room better, but still not super clean and AC was broken. I imagine a few years ago it was a good hotel, seems like they've cut costs recently and you can tell.
