The reception area isn't very clean; I even saw a small mouse there once. One night, my bed was swarming with ants that bit me all over; I complained the next day, but when I returned that evening, the bed had been poorly made. There is a lot of noise in the mornings—doors slamming, construction work, and children crying and screaming. All of this happens very early, so it’s impossible to get a good rest. The bathrooms have leaks and need better cleaning. It’s an okay option if you’re looking to save money.

Easy to get to. Was incredibly loud. Doors don’t block out hotel sound at all, doors have to be slammed to close..people coughing. Toilet leaked on the bathroom floor

A good hotel with all the amenities, the staff is very polite, the receptionists are very friendly, everything is comfortable.

Really cheap We stayed for 2 nights, and unfortunately it was a very uncomfortable experience. The room had no window, and this important detail was not mentioned anywhere during booking. It felt like we were staying in a cold storage room or closet — the atmosphere was unpleasant and a bit claustrophobic. Even with the air conditioning on, there was no proper airflow, and the room felt stuffy all the time. Also, the soundproofing was poor — we could hear noises from the hallway and the neighboring rooms very clearly. This room should not be offered for guest accommodation in its current condition.

alot actually first of all don't EVER BOOK A TOUR ON HERE you will get scammed and no refund the first room was horrible the electricity was not good no good internet and the shower got cold the last 2 days i stayed in another room it was a little better but internet still sucked everything else was okay except for some insects on the roof in the bathroom i wonder how this has 3 stars as hotel hope they will improve with their customers but i will not come back any time soon big dissapointment since i paid pretty much money for everything

Nothing good in this place, strange location, dishonest people, horrible facilities. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life, there’s nothing good in this place, horrible facilities, smelling mood everywhere, near a stinky river, also got cheat on a tour that I paid for speedboat 45 mins trip and they gave me a normal ferry 3 hours travelling around everywhere.

Room was spacious, bed was big but could’ve been more comfortable. Staff was friendly. Minus points from my shower being right in front of a window! There were blinds but you could see right through them so I had to shower in the dark. Location was walking distance from old town.

The staff were wonderful ( very helpful in everyway possible )The food was excellent and good value for money. The room was grotty and could do with upgrading and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bags of rocks. They did change them for me. The room and bathroom

I had such a great experience staying at Hotel Desa Phuket. The place was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made me feel truly at home. It was definitely one of the best stays I have had, and I would return without thinking twice.
