The first night the air conditioning started licking. After a couple of nights they changed me to another room, cause not technical service was available to fix it. The toilet in both rooms was a bit stuck. First day, the safe was locked, nobody came ever to fix it, even though i asked that to the reception several times. On my second room the safe was locked as well, so i didn't even try to ask again for that. Although the hotel was very modern and nice, the neighbourhood wasn't nice to walk around, also dirty and smelly in some areas.

The property was quiet but close enough to Old Town and beaches. Frequent confusion with ride sharing companies where to pick up and drop off; the maintenance gate was often the directions given on Google/Apple maps. Very odd.

Staff and pool stood out. An island oasis of new resort style hotel in old Phuket Hard bed. AC could have been a little quicker to get cold.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and so was the pool. It was a nice stay, and all the basics were provided. I liked it that the staff cleaned the room everyday regularly, and they were very cooperative and flexible. They were always positive and helpful. The rooms could have more facilities, such as better equipment in the shower, as well as more shelves and hooks to hang things. The coffee provided in the room was neither good nor sufficient, and the towels could have been cleaner. The pillows should also have been better cleaned. Perhaps the hotel could introduce clearer and more meaningful ground rules for guests, as other rooms and guests' noise from late-night calls, loud conversations, laughter, and moving furniture made it difficult for us to sleep, between 11 pm- 7 am.

The hotel is well laid out with an amazing pool and more than helpful staff!! It wasn’t the property at all, for nightlife such as bars , pubs etc it was a 20 minute walk to downtown Yet there was an abundance of street vendors offering amazing dishes 5 minutes from the hotel which worked out You can grab a taxi, or Tuk Tuk to get in the hub of the town for the nightlife

Staff can’t speak thai and don’t know much about Phuket city. You need to deposit 1000 thb with cash only or your id card.

The staff was super friendly. The mattress, bedding and pillows were extremely confortable, perfect for a night rest. The room was large enough with a great balcony. The safe lock didn't work, some construction work happening across the bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We wish the pool hours were more accommodating- it looked beautiful but we never got to swim.
