This is just a great place. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always great

All of the team here are very well trained. There’s little details they pay attention to and ensure you’re having a nice stay. The folks in the restaurant were lovely. The chap on the rooftop bar was very attentive and remembered everyone’s drinks from one day to the next and always helping with a smile.

Clean. Well kept. Beautiful hotel Bang tao is a nice area but it’s a bit far from everything else. Sometimes we had to take a 45 min taxi to get to certain activities or well known areas

Room and facilities were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pillow was abit too soft. Would be better with a firmer pillow.

Warm hospitality enriched with good amenities. Nice breakfast and even rooms are clean and spacious though. No complaints. Should add some more gym equipments as it has only very few.

Location is fantastic and peaceful. It’s quite modern and rooms are big. Pleasant surprise and great value Breakfast was good but could have a slightly larger selection to make it perfect.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The laundry machine broke down and my clothes were soaked with grease. I was allowed to wash them again on a different machine but the smell of grease lingers.

My second stay and staff was very rude and asking for chek in at 12 after being tired from a long flight was given rude response while other were given check in. They gave a tore towel after charging most then more hotels and room is so small you can hardly move

The breakfast was great. Every morning there was a different curry or stew to choose from, plus, the fried eggs were made to order and not mass fried and left to go cold. The choice of the cooked meats at breakfast time could have been more varied. Usually it consisted of pork bologna and smoked chicken and that was it.

Nice and quite Location. They offer a free shuttle to the beach and other place. Breakfast was great Everything was good!

The breakfast was good, and the location was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and etc. It was easy to get a transfer by Taxi / Grab Cab or any other app. No complains.
