Breakfast is acceptable, the room is a good size and clean. It was a pretty short walk to the beach and we were surrounded by restaurants and food stands. The facility backs away from the road, which meant it was pretty quiet at night, because this is a bit of a party area. We felt that we got really good value for what it cost. I really don't have any complaints. It's not fancy, but it doesn't pretend to be. As mentioned in other reviews, our shower head had detached from the wall, so we had to hold it to have a shower. Just a little detail, but something that should be remedied.

I booked this last minute like 20 minutes before I arrived and they had everything ready for me. The staff were very friendly. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed, and a great shower. Cute small pool which was good at the end of the day. Location is perfect for restaurants and beaches.

Exceptional

Shower pressure. Location. Ability to hand the shower head. Smell from bathroom. Little worn out. Door stiff.

The location was good and the room was clean and nicely finished. It was basic but everything we needed. The shower was broken so you had to hold it over yourself and they didn’t make up the room everyday so the bins got very full and the floor was sandy for a lot of our stay.

Good location. The only disappointment is the monotonous breakfasts.

Easy

Looking back, this was one of the best stays in Thailand—and definitely the best in Phuket. It felt like having a private little house, complete with a spacious room and a lovely terrace that made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, it was conveniently close to tourist shops and restaurants, making it easy to find great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A fantastic stay all around!

poor variety, poor cooking (horrid noodles) care with cleaning needed, bathroom floor a disgrace.

Ended up checking out night early....pretty run down, half the lights didn't work, shower head wasn't connected to wall, bed uncomfortable. Location was convenient tho.

Location Not professional management

The owner of the property was very rude in the beginning. Although we paid for the hotel through booking.com in advance, he was constantly repeating that that’s not possible and wanted to charge us the same price again! After some time he figured out that it was a mistake and did not even apologize for that!! Apart from that, the hotel itself is okay. The facilities are quite old already. The bathroom is smelling. Breakfast is very simple.

Great Location, clean large rooms, good value for money, good staff, went back to stay after first visit, that speaks for itself!

I liked the fact that this hotel was reasonably priced a short walking distances from the small bar scene in Kata. Beaches were close by and stunning. Everything you could want or need is in close proximity. I would highly recommend hiring a motorcycle to visit some of the other beaches or visit the Big Buddha etc. You get what you pay for. No complaints from me. I would definitely return.
