Comfort Inn Pickerington - Columbus East

The carpet was damp the whole time. The toilet was not bolted to the ground and moved when you sat on it. The shower head was growing mold. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room was decent. TV didn’t work, couldn’t get connected to Internet. I was there 3 nights and they only refresh and clean room after 3 days. You get what you pay for.

Very easy check in. Lobby very attractive & inviting. Most important was the cleanliness of the hotel, elevator & lobby and room. Breakfast better than most similar hotels

Property was bit worn but the room was clean. Shower was great but had to take a cold shower one morning. Parking was a bit tight and when it rained it pooled a couple inches. Breakfast was limited but pretty good as far as hotel breakfast goes. Liked that hot coffee was out early for the early risers.

Property is sad needs a deep clean and an update

The staff there especially Vaughn is extremely helpful. The cleaning staff are there to help you when needed. The breakfast is very big on variety. Thanks to them all.

This was a terrible stay after a great stay the night before. I have nothing good to say about this stay. We had reserved a non smoking room and the room we got reaked of smoke. It was a hot night and the air conditioner didn't work very well. The toilet seat was barely attached and I about slid onto the floor when I sat down. All made for a terrible stay.

The room I stayed in had two queen beds. The beds were hard as rocks and one was lopsided and sloped. It was wallpaper in the shower that was peeling, the settee was ripped and the room was not cleaned for the entire four days we were there. We complained to management and they told us housekeeping had gone home. But did not offer to clean the room at a later time. We had no towels or toilet paper and had to ask for that too since the room wasn’t cleaned. By the third day, our trash was piled up against the wall in our room. Unless this is the only place you can afford, I would look elsewhere for accommodations.

The staff was not the friendliest, the room was decent, the pool (indoor) was closed, the parking lot smelled like fresh manure from the mulch everywhere. The jetted tub didn’t work and the breakfast was subpar. I did enjoy the chocolate waffles and coffee. Last resort if everything is sold out at the time.

They put me on the 2nd floor after I requested the 1st bc I had a major surgery and couldn't walk far and had disable person w me needed 1st floor! Then they out us in a filthy dirty room with wet used towels on the floor! THEN the bed was broken completely bend in half, sheets were old and didn't fit, kept coming off the bed. More dirtiness and the coffee pot didn't work either! It's a total dump that stinks on top of it all. This used to be a very nice hotel 15yrs ago, idk what happened to it! Horrible upkeep, looks old and to boot the pool didn't work!! I will NEVER stay here again!! I want a refund!

Close to hospital Traffic a little heavy to get in and out

The pool was in operable and it looked like it had been that way for a while. Curtains in the room were ripped and hanging off the rack. Front desk took a while to get from the back. If something as major as the pool isn’t working then that should be noted so you can book somewhere else. Also there is only one way in and one way out. So maneuvering is difficult

It was very close to our conference That people were allowed to leave nasty notes on people vehicles. The bathrooms had tape on the bathtubs. They clearly needed replaced. For the price I paid for 1 room for one night, The property should have been more up to date. The rolling carts needed replaced. I will say the sheets were clean and we alept Good.

The rooms here are clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It’s not easy to get in and out of during the day-lots of traffic and you have to do U-turns to get to the property. Also Some of the equipment in the fitness area didn’t work but other than that it’s not a bad place to stay.
