Room was clean for the most part but we did see a roach in the bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was surprisingly nice. However I will ask for a room on the second floor if I ever have to stay again. Our upstairs neighbors were up all night pacing, dragging the chair on the floor and talking loudly and I got very little sleep because of it. Not the motels fault but something to take note of when requesting a room.

Very clean and modern Hugo was very polite and nice was able to sleep in no noise at night great are will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Los Angeles

I didn't like how they said I would get my deposit back as soon as I checked out and they checked the room because I needed that money to book a new room and when I called them about my deposit the gentleman was extremely rude and condescending.. I think they need to take the sensitivity class or something on how to deal with the public . . I left that room better than I got it bed made trash taken out and everything so returning my deposit should have been no problem and return as promised when I checked in..

Unfriendly cleaning staff, the wait for clean towels, and did not get any service th one day we asked for service. I FELT THE COILS OF THE MATRESS ON MY BACK.

The location Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and my room wasn’t ready and didn’t have a room for me as requested, had other rooms but upstairs and no elevator and the only one downstairs was an accessible room and got charged more, they didn’t want honor the same rate as the one I had booked. I needed a place to stay so I had to pay extra, not happy at all
